This house is centrally located to everything midtown, off Golf Course Road, which eventually turns into Andrews Highway and SH 191!
5 minutes from either hospital campus, Midland Park Mall and shopping, restaurants, Midland College, and COM Swim. Less than 10 minutes to Oxy, Chevron, Vital Energy, EOG Resources. Super comfortable and roomy, neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Alarm system is installed in the house for your extra security. Nice patio area.

All of our houses are well kept, decorated impeccably, and the furniture and beds are super comfy. This house has been decorated to reflect our love of the oilfield and our other loves, horses and longhorn cattle. Come settle in to the Golf Course House!
