With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there's plenty of room to relax. The west-facing backyard features a sunny patio—ideal for unwinding. Includes all Airbnb essentials: towels, linens, soap, shampoo, and conditioner etc. Convenient, comfortable, and ready for your stay!
Main Floor:
The open-concept main floor features stunning hardwood floors, a 3-way gas fireplace, and 9-foot ceilings. The designer colors and fixtures throughout create a modern, inviting atmosphere.
The living area is equipped with high-speed WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube for your entertainment.
Kitchen:
An upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals or enjoying a coffee at the breakfast bar.
Second Floor:
Upstairs, you'll find 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is oversized, with a walk-in closet and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. It also features a 4-piece ensuite bathroom for added privacy and comfort.
For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located on the upper floor.
Basement:
The fully developed basement is a great spot to unwind, offering a cozy media room for movie nights. There's also a large guest bedroom for extra space, making it ideal for family or group stays.
Exterior:
Enjoy the fully landscaped yard, perfect for outdoor relaxation. The west-facing backyard gets plenty of sun, and there’s a sunny patio area to enjoy your meals or unwind after a day of exploring.
Guests may access the entire home and back yard. Garage is not included in guest areas.
1. No Shoes Indoors: To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, we kindly request that guests remove their shoes upon entering the house. Shoe racks are provided at the entrance for your convenience.
2. Quiet Hours: We value a peaceful atmosphere for all guests. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. Please be respectful of your neighbors during these times.
4. No Parties or Events: Our property is in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. No parties or events are allowed on the premises. Please respect our neighbors' peace and privacy.
5. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the house. There will be an additional fine for smoking on the property
6. No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pets policy in our property. Please refrain from bringing any pets onto the premises. If you are traveling with a service animal, please inform us in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements.
7. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Please do not exceed this limit. All guests must be registered in advance.
8. Respect the Property: We take pride in our home; please treat it with care and respect. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest responsible.
9. Security: Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the property, and ensure the property is secure during your stay.
10. The person who booked is required to send a photo of his/her ID and the full names of the other guests staying for verification purposes only on the side of the hosts.
11. Damage Deposit (For All Bookings EXCEPT AIRBNB): A $500 damage deposit will be automatically authorized from the payment method on file. This deposit will be held upon check-out. If no damages or additional fees are required, this deposit will be refunded to you after 7 days.
