Super Easy and Convenient

It was a very easy place to stay! Check in and checkout were exceedingly easy and the room was well stocked to stay in for a longer visit. The bed was very comfortable and laundry availability was nice

Good location. Nice room for the price. The AC wasn’t working properly. Minimal hot water. I communicated via the VRBO system with the host. They gave me a number to call. I called several times. Left a couple vmails. There was never a response. Not acceptable.

Our stay at Sunny Studio Near Parks and Cultural Venue St Pete through LoveNest PM on VRBO from February 11-13, 2025, was disappointing.Pros:•Booking was easy.Cons:1.Check-in Issues – LoveNest claimed our booking didn’t exist, delaying check-in instructions and requiring us to contact VRBO.2.Room Problems – The unit had a strong mold/mildew smell, lukewarm water, a broken coffee maker, and very minimal amenities.3.Poor Resolution – We vacated early due to health concerns, but LoveNest required photo proof of airborne mold before considering a refund.4.Slow Refund Process – Despite promises, our refund for two unused nights remains unresolved.5.Lack of Support from VRBO – VRBO has provided little to no help in resolving the issue.6.Automated Messages – Even after leaving, we received generic check-out reminders and discount offers, ignoring our complaint.While communication started well, delayed check-in, poor conditions, minimal amenities, and lack of resolution left a bad impression. Not recommended. 1/5 Stars
