Beach essentials, parking pass for 1 vehicle, WiFi and smart TV's in every room.
Once you arrive at the beachside location, you will walk upstairs to your 2 bedroom condo on the 2nd Floor. Recently renovated, it performs as a very modern and well designed unit with a full kitchen, living, dining, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. There is a new king bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the second bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances including a dishwasher and stocked with everything you need to cook your vacation meals.
There is a year round heated pool with WIFI, loungers and seating, shuffleboard courts, a grilling area, and several picnic tables. Beach access is directly across a few rows of parking for access within a minute or two. Included with the condo is beach equipment and a parking pass for one passenger vehicle.
You will be able to access our condo through an electronic lock with a personalized door code. I live within the beach community and if a situation arises, I am able to assist. I pride myself in happy guests and great reviews and we are always available when needed.

- Primary Guest booking must be 23 years or older
- Absolutely no pets, no exceptions will be made!

- To prevent pests and odors, we request that you wash your dishes and take out the trash before you depart
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- 1 digital parking pass will be provided with the condo.
