Casa Palma is the perfect retreat for relaxing days or after exploring South Florida’s natural beauty. With three TVs—40-inch screens in each bedroom and a 65-inch in the living room—everyone can unwind with their favorite shows or movies.
Gather in the inviting living room to chat and play board games, or cook together in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you need for memorable meals or treats. Upon arrival, enjoy our thoughtful welcome basket, curated to make your stay extra special.
Planning a beach day? Take advantage of the beach gear provided, including towels, chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella, all conveniently stored in the second bedroom’s walk-in closet. For added convenience, a private laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use throughout your stay.
If your group includes 5-6 guests, remember that we provide extra blankets and pillows in the bedroom closets for the sofabed, as well as additional fold-up seating in the main bedroom closet so everyone in your party is comfortable during your stay.

We both grew up in South Florida to Hispanic parents, and as a result we both love to enjoy the Florida weather outdoors, especially at a park or on the beach with our families. Amilcar, in particular, is an expert in all things Dania Beach, having spent most of his childhood here.
On the weekends, we enjoy exploring the area with our young son, taking walks around the neighborhood and beach, and cooking up a nice asado with our families.
We love getting to know our guests and sharing everything we know about the area to make their stay as enjoyable as possible, no matter their vibe.

We've always loved the Dania Beach area with its history, small-town charm, and (most importantly) proximity to the beach.

We put incredible care and attention to detail in the design of our property. We want guests to feel at home in a beautiful space, so we try to provide all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay and carefully curated the decor so guests wake up every day knowing they're on vacation.
Because we want our guests to be comfortable and to make sure they have everything they need, we try to proactively provide everything we can. But we're also attentive when guests reach out with any issues or concerns.
