Newly renovated spacious apartment on the ground floor situated in modern Mediterranean villa with special luxury feature – hydromassage pool for 6 people, bioclimatic pergola, spacious 60 m² terrace surrounded with 90m², and private green yard.
The apartment is 100 meters from the local beach and beach promenade with beach bars.
Sunwell apartments I, Novalja, Gajac, Zrce is an apartment located on the ground floor of the villa.
Another apartment Sunwell apartment II, Novalja, Gajac, Zrce is situated on the first floor of the villa, and it is possible to rent both apartments at the same time, if available. By booking both apartments, you get the villa which can accommodate 12 people.
Each apartment separately has a capacity of up to 6 people.

The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm), a large closet, and a private exit on the terrace.
Second bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm), a large closet, and a view of the terrace and pool.
The living room has a couch with an integrated mattress (160x200 cm) for two more people. The living room leads on one side to the spacious dining room for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a big shower, and toilet.
On the other side, it leads to the terrace.
The terrace has a hydromassage pool and bioclimatic pergola, a solar shower, a large lounge area equipped with a lounge set and loungers, and an outdoor dining area for 6 people. Terrace also has a large grill on wood and charcoal and an electric grill.
You will love the apartment because of the outdoor and indoor space, the neighborhood, the ambiance, and the people. The apartment is good for couples, families with kids, and big groups.

The apartment is situated 100 meters from the local beach, 2 km from the famous beach Zrce, and 3 km from the town Novalja. The nearest restaurant is only 70 m from the apartment and it works during summer season.
Gajac has a long promenade along the beach with beach bars. The promenade leads to the center of Gajac with the local food market, shops, restaurants, and ATMs, and on the other side to more secluded beaches, and trails for outdoor activities.
Nearest restaurant/pizza place Papillon, is located only 70 m from the apartment (working during the summer season),
Historic town Pag is located 26 km and town Zadar is 74 km from apartments.

Why they chose this property
Sunwell apartments are located in the tourist complex Gajac, or to be more exact Kolanjski Gajac.
Our apartments are located only 100 m from the local beach in a quiet neighborhood with houses, apartments, and villas.
The beach is pebbly, with a beautiful crystal-clear sea with the sand bottom. Shallow and warm sea at summer, pebbles and sand make the beach perfect for children.
Also, just by the beach, there is a new children’s playground.
Along the beach, there is a 1.5-kilometer-long promenade that connects the whole Gajac and Kolanjski Gajac. Throughout the promenade, beach bars and restaurants are open during the summer season, where you can relax during the day and in the evening. Also, along the promenade during the summer months, there is an Aqua park, trampolines, and other activities and attractions for children.
Along the promenade, there are also beach volleyball courts, a basketball court, an outdoor gym, bocce courts, ping-pong tables, and another children’s playground.
The promenade is ideal for day and evening walks and sports activities. At the same time, it connects the whole area, with the center of Gajac where you can find shops, a small local market, a bakery, restaurants, and ATMs.
The nearest restaurant Papillon is located only 70 meters from our apartments and is open from June to October.
The nearest restaurant Studenac/Lito is located about 350 meters from our apartments. In the summer months, there is a stand with local fruits and vegetables in front of the store.
Sunwell apartments are located two kilometers from the famous Zrce beach and three kilometers from the town of Novalja. There is a free public parking space in front of the apartments. The bus station is located 500 meters from the apartments.

Two apartments are located in the modern Mediterranean villa with one of the biggest green gardens and terraces. Apartments are only 100 meters from the local beach. Each apartment are separated and has its own garden and hydromassage pool, but it can be transformed into the villa for 12 people.
