Private House, 4 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms with Heated Pool Jacuzzi and outdoor shower. Everything is newly renovated. Complete with 2 new King and 2 Queen beds and 2 twin beds. There are 2 kitchens (indoor and outdoor) each with their own refrigerators and a barbecue grill for your use outside. Full indoor kitchen: cups, plates, microwave, pots, pans, cutting board. Everything you could possibly need for your fun-filled and relaxing stay.

Within 2 miles of the beach, Las Ola's, Down town Fort Lauder-dale, Ft Lauderdale by the sea, walk to Wilton Manors, Tons of shopping restaurants and bars

The house is brand new renovated and has a Private House 4 Rooms, 2 King Beds and 2 Queen Beds, 1 Twin and a sofa bed, all new beds each with 4 comfy pillows. 2 bathrooms, outside shower, with chargers, speakers and 3 TV's, Master suite with private newly renovated bathroom. Day bed sofa and Twin for a extra guest.

Its a Great house quite neighborhood, with Heated pool
Complete with outdoor kitchen and Shower.

3-5 parking spots.

Not child proof no fence around pool, no body soaps or hair products due to allergic reactions.

You will regret staying here.

We are 2 fams from Can. who booked this house b/c of the pool and the hot tub. We were told hrs before we arrived that hot tub was broken and would be fixed ASAP. He sent messages over the week saying that he was locating parts but it was never fixed. It looked like it hadnt worked for ages. We asked for compensation and he said it wasnt his fault and then accused us of leaving the place in a mess and having extra people in the house. I took pix of every room and surface when we left. I asked him to check the ring doorbell for the extra guests. He said he didnt want to argue and told us we left clothes behind but wouldnt tell us what. The house is very rough- floors are ruined, the bathroom door doesn't close, the kitchen tap leaks everywhere, the backyard umbrellas are broken, the outdoor furniture is ductaped together, broken, rusted and rotting. The outdoor kitchen is falling apart. There was rat poop in the cupboards, the propane for the BBQ ran out we had to fill it (he paid for it). We had to replace batteries in the smoke alarms so theyd stop beeping. There were 5 plates, the owner said he would bring more on Mon. and didnt show up until Tues. He left us a bottle of wine but it was open and drank out of. The main bath shower has a clear window in it with no cover-no privacy. The front door is not secure. I have proof of everything. We had a good time, the house was clean but not what we expected. The pix are VERY deceiving. Owners false accusations were very upsetting.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

This review highlights several issues with the listed property and the host's service. The pictures were deceiving, the code for entry was inconsistent, the house did not match the description, the TVs and internet did not work, there were broken drawers and a bathroom door that didn't lock, lack of privacy, and cleanliness issues with the pool and hot tub. After persistent communication, the host eventually sent someone to address the TV problem, but it took two days. Even the technician acknowledged that the TVs were faulty and should have been resolved earlier. The host provided excuses and accused the guests of causing problems. The hot tub did not get hot and the controls were non-functional. We had to wait an additional 4-5 days for the pool to be cleaned and the hot tub to be checked. The hot tub was dirty upon check-in, and the host attempted to blame us for its condition, falsely accusing us of dropping cigarettes in it. However, the pool technician confirmed that there were no signs of smoking. The host's service was criticized by the TV and pool technicians as well. The host claimed to live just five minutes away and available for assistance, but they never showed up during our week-long stay. He provided various excuses, such as a broken-down car and the cost of transportation, which contradicted their initial claim of proximity. I strongly advises avoiding this place due to the numerous unresolved issues and poor service experienced during our vacation.
