About this property

Tucked just outside of town, our guesthouse is an easy 5.5 mile drive to the square. Brand new construction with everything you need for a fun getaway. You'll love the peaceful setting and scenic background of Woodson Ridge Farm and the occasional live music coming from their nearby party barn. There are two Queen bedrooms, one shared bath, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen (minus dishwasher). Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the national forest. Owners live in main house just next door so are readily available for any questions/concerns.

The Best!

This property is in a private and quiet location, a short drive to Oxford. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The owners are responsive and friendly and it's nice to have your own private space in a beautiful country setting.

Great apartment in the country

We thoroughly enjoyed our stays in Oxford at this country property. We had long walks around the flower fields and the apartment is perfect for a weekend. The owners are very hospitable and the apartment has everything you need.

Wonderful spot for a long weekend in Oxford

Beautiful place. We enjoyed walking in the woods and appreciated the short drive to the square and campus. Hope to stay here again on future visits.

Perfect long weekend

We enjoyed the clean, well equipped home. We had everything we needed and more. Margaret was so kind to leave the lights on for our late arrival. While private and cozy, it was very close to the square and the university. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if property was available.

Nice and quiet

Nice secluded quit place to stay. Very clean and spacious accommodations with access to some trails and wildlife. Actually woke up to turkeys in the yard by the place. Owner was very helpful and was available for questions!! Only minutes away from Ole Miss and the square!! Would definitely stay again!!

Charming setting just outside of town

Oxford is only a few minutes away but you’d never know it because the house is along a rural road set among ponds and open spaces. And frogs. And birds. And lightning bugs. It’s lovely!! The best of all worlds.

Second time as good as first

We love this property so much and the owner is a sweetheart. With a scary storm last night she reached out for us to come over. We highly recommend this place to all. However, please don’t book on weekends we want to be there:)!

Beautiful and comfortable

This is the perfect home away from home. The location is gorgeous and the rental is decorated so cute! The beds were soooo comfortable. Seriously, the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in while traveling. Just a short drive to all the action, but in such a quiet and peaceful location. The owners are super sweet and accommodating. We would highly recommend staying here!
