little cozy house with big pool 10x5 in Ibiza WIFI 5 min from the sea with one big bedroom, a big bathroom and a kitchen.This is the guest house located in the back of the main house witch will be unoccupied if you rent the little house..Therefor you will enjoy privacy and will have the swimming pool, garden and terrace just for you. You will not have access to the interior of the main house.The patio has a dining table for4 people and has good views of the pool with its comfortable sunloungers and table tennis. The (10 x 5 m) swimming pool has an outdoor shower area. MY little cozy house with pool IS A PARADISE- YOU CAN AFFORD…I will meet you upon arrival day and departure day.I don´t live nearby.Clients can contact me by phone any time they need and i will be happy to give them assistance or tips.
The Neighborhood The country house is quietly set amidst extensive grounds full of almond and centenary olive trees, in a very peaceful area with no inmediate neighbours around. It is just a few minutes drive from the coast ( 5 min drive from the beach ,PLATJA ES FIGUERAL ) and a short drive from the famous Las Dalias market and Santa Eulalia Del Rio with its many shops, food market, many restaurants and the yacht harbour.This privileged location makes this villa an ideal place to relax and a very good base for touring the island. MY LITTLE HOUSE IS A PARADISE- YOU CAN AFFORD…
Getting Around The house lies in the middle of the countryside and a car is needed.There is free parking.

you cannot make a commercial big party in the house . You can't make any party that involves very loud music that bothers the far are not allowed to make any big commercial party in the house.A small party for you and your friends is ok but not a commercial party in the house .

The house is located in the countryside in a very peaceful place.There are no inmediate neighbours but you are not isolated.You can walk to the next neighbour's house if necessary. Therefor you have privacy and safety too. As far as i know there is never crime in the area.
I guess that some people find scary to be in the house in the middle of the countryside and every noise in the middle of the night (an owl o a rabbit!) frightens them..

I would like to share with you some thoughts.
Sometimes when i travel i rent a flat to stay.I find it very annoying when i don’t have there all those little things in the house or in the kitchen that make the stay really comfortable .That is why i do all i can so that it’s not happening to you in my holiday house in ibiza . I buy all the time all what my clients need ...The
kitchen is fully furnished and equipped.There is even an 2 espresso machine and milk/soya HEATING machine.
When i travel the owners of the flats i rented usually leave only 1-2 towels.. and it’s annoying because i always need fresh towels .That is the reason i make sure that in my holiday house in ibiza you will have up to 100 fresh towels..
I like that you enjoy your holidays 😉
When i travel i don’t find romantic light in the flats i rent .In my holiday house in Ibiza you will find in every room romantic lights. Outdoors ,next to the pool ,you will find too a romantic neon blue magic light .I also like that you enjoy in the pool with a powerful sound system that i have NGS WILD TECHNO SOUND SYSTEM .

That way you don’t need to rent any sound system in case you and your friends like to enjoy music while you are in the pool ...

This is the guest house located in the back of the main house witch will be unoccupied if you rent the little house. .There for you will enjoy privacy and will have the swimming pool, garden and terrace just for you. You will not have access to the interior of the main house. The patio has a dining table for 4 people and has good views of the pool with its comfortable sun loungers and table tennis. The (10 x 5 m) swimming pool has an outdoor shower area. The Neighborhood The country house is quietly set amidst extensive grounds full of almond and centenary olive trees, in a very peaceful area with no inmediate neighbours around. It is just a few minutes drive from the coast ( 5 min drive from the beach ,PLATJA ES FIGUERAL ) and a short drive from the famous Las Dalias market and Santa Eulalia Del Rio with its many shops, food market, many restaurants and the yacht harbour.This privileged location makes this villa an ideal place to relax and a very good base for touring the island.
