This property is just a short drive to the best skiing and snowboarding in New Hampshire. 15 minutes to Waterville Valley, 25 minutes to Loon Mt., 35 minutes to Cannon Mt.

The Waterville Estates Community Center, where you can enjoy: 2 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, tennis/pickle ball courts, an arcade for the kids and a bar/lounge for the adults is a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive from the townhouse. Waterville Estates even has its own little 3 run ski hill called Campton Mountain. We provide 1 pass that grants 1 adult free unlimited access to the community center and permits them to purchase day passes for the rest of their party for a small fee. Children 7 and under are free.
Please return the guest pass to the welcome binder after use. A $50.00 replacement fee will be charged for lost passes.
