Per many people whom stay in the park, I will just quote them: "You were ripped off." 1-2k, and that is with complete/stocked rentals. Was not provided entry code; needed to call upon arrival. Floor was filthy; you could actually feel it; had to buy a Swiffer to clean. Needed to contact host, again, for WiFi code; was told he didn't have WiFi (listed as amenity in all rooms) and the Park did; park WiFi only works at pool. Both toilets half-broken (one mess with the handle, other take lid off). Both bathroom fans do not work, although one makes noise. Guest bathtub incredibly tiny, although enough room for standard tub. Only one TV, while true its Smart, doesn't matter if no WiFi. Newly installed kitchen appliances not in working order: water not turned on for dishwasher, microwave not programmed, chemicals were never burned off for oven (a nightmare for someone w/major chemical sensitivities). Place in general not thoroughly cleaned, construction dust everywhere, even in closets making clothes needing to be washed, it was even in the microwave. Things we had to purchase (that we shouldn't have): Cleaning supplies, toaster, drinking glasses, storage containers, baking pans/dishes, waste baskets for bathrooms, beach towels, beach chairs, pool noodles, Ran out of characters, but hope you get the jest. The park and people we met are fantastic although not everything is open [yet]. I would happily stay again in another unit. Renter of 20 seasons in Fort Myers.
