Welcome to our Bed and Beverage nestled in the heart of Lakeville with views of Conesus Lake!
Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base! We are footsteps from the lake, bars and restaurants. If you’re here to relax, watch the Lake from sitting on the couch or our porch.
While staying with us enjoy a complimentary drink and club pricing when you bring the mugs on your kitchen table over to OSB Ciderworks, right behind you!

This newly renovated, open concept apartment is perfect for your relaxing getaway.
This kitchen is the perfect size, stocked with kitchen supplies you'll need to to cook a meal at home. Help yourself to the mini coffee bar in the dining area.
Enjoy the spacious modern bathroom with a walk in shower!
A queen size bed is right off the dining area with a wardrobe from your belongings. We have an air mattress in the closet if you have more than 2 guests! Simply plug it in to inflate it.
The property is located 20 minutes away from Letchworth State Park and a 30 minute ride to the City of Rochester! Staying local? Ask us for recommendations, we have them!
