Welcome to our 3-bedroom home in LA, the beautiful city of stars!
Our cozy & centrally located house newly remodeled in 2022 is perfect for families or friends looking for a quiet retreat after a day of sightseeing.
Visiting Hollywood? Our peaceful neighborhood is centrally situated, just east of DTLA, with easy access to 3 major freeways. We're conveniently positioned between Universal Studio & Disneyland. Within walking distance, you'll find the finest eateries & supermarkets in SG Valley.
The space
Situated at the core of the greater Los Angeles, it draws you closer to work, and business, fitting any lifestyle. Popular malls, markets, and restaurants are just blocks away which allows you to discover all that Los Angeles has to offer.
Guest access
Guest has access to the entire Unit A. There's another guest unit on the lot, each unit has its sperate private entrance.
Other things to note
There are two units on the lot. Your space is the main house on the lot, which you we'll have the entire unit to yourself. Each space has its private entrance. The coin laundry area outside the house is the only common space between the two units.
