This fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with sun-room, 2 car garage, and spacious laundry room with washer/dryer and wash basin, with additional sleeping space, is available to you. The house has been updated with new flooring (tile), painted walls, ceilings, and doors, as well as new window blinds, and new ceiling fans. This house sits on an over-sized, quiet, corner lot and has a large covered patio with outdoor furniture and a propane BBQ grill. This house also comes fully furnished with a king size bed in the master and full size bed in the spacious guest room, and both rooms have walk-in closets. The kitchen is fully loaded with all your needs, including refrigerator, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, toaster oven, crock pot, coffee maker, and much much more. This home also has a two-car garage . The bar area has all your bar-ware needs(except the alcohol). This relaxing home is ready for you with central a/c and heating. Your stay includes flat-panel televisions, cable, high-speed internet, water, trash service, and electricity. A gas golf cart ready for the street, or course, is available for a nominal fee.

Great place in Sun City

Very nice and in a terrific neighbor. It is just as advertised with pictures being accurate !! The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable! There was a reclining chair in the living room which was perfect for my wife’s back as she was getting treated at the Core Clinic(reason for our stay). Would definitely consider staying here again

Great for visits with elderly mother over a hotel

This was our first venture using VRBO. Kim was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. The house was very comfortable, well provisioned, and clean. We visit about four times each year and would definitely book this home again.

Arizona Visit

Overall very pleasant-could not get grill to work but everything else was excellent. The kitchen had a great selection of cooking utensils and a well stocked pantry. Very clean! Patio area was a favorite for early morning coffee!

Sun City Visit

This house was perfect for our visit to Sun City to visit my in-laws at neighboring Royal Oaks. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio while watching all the bird and bunny activity. Kim was wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here on future visits.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time staying here. This house is very conveniently close to everything. If I could say one thing, it would be that after a couple of nights, I ended up sleeping on the comfortable couch in the living room. The king sized bed was much too soft for my back. Otherwise everything was AWESOME!!

Great Place for a 10 Day Stay

We come to Arizona each year for ten days to golf and visit a multitude of friends. This is the second year we've stayed in this house. It's conveniently located to Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, and the golf courses we frequent. The house is great for our three person group (husband/wife and one friend).

Perfect sunshine

Absolutely loved the stay. We were blessed with surprisingly warm January weather. The home is quite comfortable, and the neighborhood is VERY quiet. We walked a couple miles each morning (cool temperatures). The use of the golf cart is very helpful for getting around. Great owner to work with.

Great getaway

This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever had, and we have used VRBO many times. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. The only surprise was that there was no dishwasher, but we managed just fine. We hope to use them again in the future.

Perfect!

I was here for about a week and couldn’t have asked for more. Everything you needed was available in the kitchen/bathrooms/laundry. It was located in a quiet neighborhood that would be great for kids. Spacious and conveniently located. Kim was also responsive and informative. One of the easiest check-in and check-out processes ever. Thanks for everything!

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. Little extra clutter in garage made a little bit of a squeeze to maneuver around vehicle and golf cart. Home was well supplied with everything we needed. We enjoyed watching the quail out the patio door. Would consider renting again.

A great home away in nice 55+ neighborhood

Home is fully equipped with everything you need, clean, and owner is local and easy to reach and accommodating. Liked the all tile floors with no carpet. Nice large lot on quiet street. Easy access to bike trails and nice to have a garage for car + our bikes. We did not use the golf cart. Wish we could have stayed longer and would come back again.

Clean Convenient Well Equipped Home

My wife and I had a wonderful time visiting family for Christmas in this home away from home. It was easy to get to and nearby shopping and our family. The house was very clean and even had a few decorations up which my wife just loved. The kitchen was very well equipped and if you are planning to do any cooking, I suggest you check the pantry before heading to the store. Golf Carts were available, but we didn't use them. We will keep this property in mind for our next visit to Sun City. Great renters who provided excellent details on accessing the house prior to our arrival. Thanks!
