Great stay for F1/Georgia Weekend

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Just off of South Congress so convenient to restaurants, bars and shopping. Despite its proximity, the location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

Cute bungalow located close to the action on South Congress. In spite of proximity to SoCo the neighborhood and home were extremely quiet. Comfortable and cozy—great for a quick getaway.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was in a great location to popular South Congress District. It was also an easy walk to downtown Austin. The place was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

This is a charming property, properly described and in an amazing location!

Loved the neighborhood that's 10 minutes from downtown Austin yet perfectly located near 20 other SoCo shops, bars, restaurants and lovely neighborhood streets for walking about.

Comfy Home & Awesome Location

We really enjoyed our stay at 'Austin Soul'. It was a very cute, comfy, clean home in a great location for family vacation. So close to SoCo -- great for traveling with young adult children who wanted to do some things on their own, but we could easily meet up. Great having reserved parking too so we didn't have to hunt for a spot when SoCo was busy. Highly recommend, and we would love to stay again!

The house was so clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. We loved being able to walk to so many places on south congress. The property manager was very accommodating to our requests and responded very quickly. I can’t say enough good things about our stay!

Great spot in Austin!

Austin was our destination for our girls' trip and it did not disappoint. This cute bungalow was in the perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops in the South Congress area. It's super close to downtown and a nice walk to West Sixth Street which I highly recommend. The bungalow had everything we needed. Loved everything about it!

Sweet little cottage steps from Congress.

We loved this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat. We enjoyed the convenience to shopping, restaurants, music and the lake trail, all east to access on foot or scooter or bike. We used all modes to explore the neighborhood which is beautiful and surprisingly quiet. Loved the pretty small backyard. The house was supplied very well and thoughtfully. Awesome spot!

Quietly convenient!

We loved this cottage just 2 blocks from the heart of South Congress. I thought it might be a bit noisy due to the location but that wasn’t the case at all. We were able to walk, scoot and bike ride all over the area and great access to the lake trail. Home was very clean and had really nice amenities like beach towels. It wasn’t warm enough for me to jump into Barton Springs so will later in the spring next time and take a dip. How great to be an easy stroll from the Continental Club where we saw a great show. Such a great city to explore from this wonderfully cozy home in a beautiful neighborhood.

Excellent location next to SoCo

We travelled from Scotland as a family and really enjoyed staying at this property. It is ideal for SoCo and downtown Austin. Property very well equipped and clean. Terri was very helpful with advice for places to visit. We would highly recommend this property.

Austin Soul is a true Austin experience. A great location that has it’s own special vibe and is walking distance to a variety of shops, great food, entertainment and nature! Teri and Ron are fabulous hosts and available if you need anything!

Our family loved our stay at Austin Soul. The house was perfectly suited for our family of four and had all the amenities we needed. Very clean and comfortable beds. The location was wonderful…we walked to many shops, bars and restaurants. All the other places we went were only about a 10 minute Uber away. We would gladly stay here again.

Perfectly situated with access to the very popular South Congress shopping/dining options but just far enough away (11/2 blocks) to be perfectly quiet. Property owners are nearby and easy to get into contact with. Deeded parking but guest passes provided for easy street parking.

House was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of room - kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils. Dining room great for games. Easy walk to South Congress and river. Plenty of dining options and things to see. Teri was a great hostess! Be sure to go to West Elizabeth! GPS doesn't distinguish well. Very nice man on East Elizabeth had some unexpected guests!
