Charming lakeside cottage on all-sports lake with private beach & dock
Join us at this tranquil retreat perfect for couples or small families. A wonderful escape in any season. Located outside of Grant MI, enjoy this adorable lakeside cottage that sleeps four!
Bright, open living area with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining table and TV area on main floor.
Sunroom with couch, chairs, desk and 2 twin beds on sunken level (4 steps down).
** Twin beds are not in a separate bedroom. They are in a little nook in the sunroom**
Little Sand Lake is a 60 acre all-sport lake and is a wonderful spot to paddleboard, kayak, fish, boat or just sit, rest & read. It has gradual depth entry & no drop-off, with a sandy bottom and clean water.
There are 2 public boat launches & our 40 foot private dock for your own boat or jet ski! 2 kayaks & 1 paddleboard available, plus paddles & lifejackets for adults & kids.
See the sunset every night from the many windows in the sunroom, or on the lakeside deck. You might even catch the Northern Lights! The property also features WiFi, AC, and heating for your convenience. Joining us in winter? Ice fishing, local snowmobile trails & beautiful sunsets.
Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
Lake is visable from every room except the bedroom and bathroom.
Slider to deck is off sunroom. Deck has retractable awning and sunshade, as well as table and 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers, gas grill and a gas fire bowl.
Lake quiet hours are from 7:30pm-11am, during which the lake is a no-wake zone.
This is a family area and neighbors are close by - please be respectful.
No parties.

We moved close to this lake in 2023. We love everything outside, especially in the summer. We enjoy hosting to offer people a great get-away and time to relax and unwind. We are close by and can help out quickly if needed.
Why they chose this property
We love this area because it is peaceful and out of the way. It is small enough that there are not many big boats on the lake.
View the entire lake from every room in the house (except the bathroom and bedroom). Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the deck or the dock. Take out the kayaks and paddleboard, fish off the dock, enjoy a walk around the lake. So much to do without leaving OR take a quick 45 minute drive to enjoy Lake Michigan and cute little towns.
