Fabulous

Clean,well appointed,tasteful, location was perfection, can’t recommend enough!!! Steps to shops and beach. Patio was ideal, ate outside every night. Pool was perfect and sparkling. You won’t be disappointed

Nice condo BUT

The only problem was an over abundance of furniture. There is LITERALLY seating for 16 (yep sixteen) people in the living/ dining area. Look at the pictures closely. A loveseat for two, a sleeper sofa that had three cushions, a round table with four chairs, three high top bar stools and three other random chairs. This is a relatively small condo that felt tiny. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. All in all a good stay, just crowded.

Silver Beach condo--Great location but unit needs an update

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Silver Beach Condos before years ago and absolutely love the location in Orange Beach. Location now has a Walmart grocery store across the street and who doesn’t love having fresh beignets in the same shopping center along with restaurants! Balcony with view of beach and Gulf was great especially like the glass vs. fence. However, this unit needs an update. Don't believe this unit has been remodeled in a long time. Kitchen has original formica countertops. Living room window has mold and grime around the frame. Bathrooms have original tub fixtures that are old and tired. Trim (wood) in master bath is chipped and scuffed. Finally,the toilet in the guest bathroom rocks! Plumber was there on the day we arrived decided he couldn't fix it on that Saturday, told us he would come on Monday, only to never have him come back or even give us a call...
