About this property

This West Asheville home has 2 sections, each with a living area, kitchen, laundry and outdoor spaces. Perched on the edge of West Asheville, this beautiful home is convenient to everything in Asheville. Come experience all our area has to offer with great access to downtown attractions as well as outdoor activities. Gather with family and friends around the camp fire, or enjoy a relaxing evening on the deck after a day of adventure in nearby Pisgah National Forest and along the Blue Ridge Parkway. This is the perfect home base for biking, hiking, kayaking, and enjoying all the downtown attractions that make Asheville famous. FREE activities for stays under 29 nights, including Biltmore, Rock Wall, Zipline, Whitewater Rafting, Trampoline Park, Snow Tubing and Axe Throwing.
Our home is ideal for large families and for small families traveling together. Enjoy togetherness with the option to retire to your own place any time. It's a great way for teens and kids to have some privacy, or for extended families who want an area for themselves. There are lots of places inside to gather for dining and socializing, and plenty of room to spread out. The location is ideal, with downtown Asheville and its shopping, dining, breweries and music venues just minutes away. Hop on I-40 to zip quickly to Biltmore, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Pisgah National Forest and other nearby towns like Hendersonville and Brevard.
Miles of hiking and mountain bike trails are a short drive away. Explore Pisgah National Forest and the other national and state forests like Gorges National Park and DuPont State Forest that are an easy day trip from here. If you love restaurants, downtown Asheville is a prime destination. Some of our favorites include Posana and Bouchon, serving French comfort food. For some River Arts District eats, try All Souls Pizza, still open for business after Hurricane Helene.
Breweries and bars abound. The River Arts District boasts New Belgium, set in a beautiful new building overlooking the French Broad River. Other favorites include Green Man downtown, Asheville Pizza and Brewing, and Sierra Nevada close to the airport. Most breweries offer tours where you can get some of the history and taste the offerings.
We are so excited to host your visit! The Pete Key Properties team welcomes you and is here to help create a memorable experience. Enjoy the free activities described above, and you can also book helicopter tours, e-bikes, wellness tours and hiking and more through our Activity Concierge. Please don t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or need anything at all. We look forward to seeing you soon!
