Le Plateau 204-1 Ski-in Ski-out (Condo completely rebuilt)

Discover the best of Mont-Tremblant by staying in our new condo (December 2023). Complete reconstruction following a major disaster in August 2021. You will enjoy an improved and up-to-date decorated condo.

Condo 204-1, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, can easily accommodate up to 7 guests. The “Le Plateau” area is one of the most complete projects in the mountain with its access to the slopes, its heated swimming pool in summer and its ice rink in winter. Located a few minutes walk from Place St-Bernard, all its restaurants, shops and activities, while enjoying peace and tranquility.

Winter enthusiasts will appreciate the easy access to the ski-in/ski-out ski area. Summer lovers will be delighted to discover a picturesque pond and a waterfall just a few steps away. You can even hike right from the condo or spend a day relaxing at the heated pool.

Our condo, as mentioned, has been rebuilt and offers you the best possible experience. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee machine. The cozy dining room can comfortably accommodate all visitors. After a day full of activities, you can relax in the comfortable living room in front of a wood-burning fireplace or enjoy the sound of the stream from one of the two outdoor patios (a BBQ will be installed in spring 2024).

Additionally, we have a large ski locker to store all your equipment. The master bedroom has a large king bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bunk bed on top. A second bathroom with a large shower nearby. The sofa bed (double, in high quality memory foam) is available in the living room.

Family ski trip in March 2025

Our family of four stayed here for a week and had a fantastic, hassle-free experience. The condo unit was exactly as described, meticulously clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. We all came home relaxed and refreshed. We highly recommend this property to other families looking for close proximity to the trails in a quiet part of the Tremblant resort area.

Perfect spot for our family ski trip!

Our family of four had a great time at this Mont Tremblant condo. The house was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. The location was super convenient to the mountain. We would definitely stay here again. The only disappointment was that the ski trail behind the house wasn't in the best condition due to the warm weather so we couldn't take full advantage of ski in ski out but we made the best of it regardless.

Wonderful escape from the city

If anything, the photos don't do the property justice. Everything was super clean and comfortable. We were there as the ski hills were shutting down due to Covid, and Robert kept us informed every step of the way. He was always reachable, and very accommodating. His instructions booklet was also very comprehensive!

This place was fabulous!

This property was perfect for the five of us! Clean, spacious and comfortable it was like home away from home. A quick walk , or a quick shuttle to and from the village was perfect for an outing with the family. Property owner was wonderful, always available to answer any questions that popped up! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation at Mount Tremblant!

Awesome property

Awesome stay, clean condo. It’s Ski on ski off, however for snowboarders it’s a little tough. The trail to get back is extremely flat. Other than that, was an awesome place to stay!

Great Location!

We had a great time at this chalet. The kitchen is very well equipped. When renting, what worries me the most is whether the beds will be comfortable. Sometimes, the mattresses are well over their due date, if you know what I mean! Not so in this case. The beds were super comfortable. The owner is very proactive. Upon confirmation, he provides a document giving all the info about the chalet and the amenities. He even provides the schedule for the shuttle going to the village. He really has thought of everything. And if after all that you still have questions, he responds very quickly to any calls or messages. You will definitely enjoy your stay here!

Amazing!

Such a great weekend spent at this lovely condo! This condo accommodated the needs of my group and we all had a wonderful time. Bonus: A swift 10 minute walk right into the village. If you are looking for a great little getaway in Mont Tremblant, I recommend this one!

An amazing winter vacation!

Our vacation in this vila at Mont Tremblant was nothing other than what we hoped for. The house was very clean and well maintained, plenty of dishes and all what you usually need in a kitchen. I loved the heated floors. The location is great, there is a slope behind the house, shuttle was convenient, although if you prefer a nice walk in a crisp beautiful surroundings, it is about 20 min to the pedestrian village. The villa comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 2 children. We were there during Christmas holidays and we enjoyed a lot of snow and amazing winter views. Our contact at CanadaStays, Robert, was easy to get in touch with. We are looking forward to returning for another winter wonderland vacation!

Amazing location

We stayed in this condo in July and we absoluted loved it! The community is awesome! We walked around and saw the waterfall and pool area. Beautiful. The condo was super clean, had everything we needed including a washer and dryer. The ski community was great and there happened to be a Blue's festival going on while we were there! The inside of the condo was extremely clean and super comfortable! We would definitely recommend it to others!

Property was perfect for our family

We loved our stay at the Chalet. The host even left small things to make our stay more enjoyable ( dish washer tabs, a few bath essentials just to name a few.) Kids even made a friend when a deer cane to visit us at our door step. I would definitely recommend this chalet. And we will probably be back next year!

Great Ski Condo

We had a great ski weekend. Here are some specifics about the condo: (1) Size/Layout - We had two couples (four people total) and the size and layout of the condo was great. The bedrooms are adequately sized and the common space including the kitchen and living area is spacious; (2) Location - Condo is ski in/ski out from Le Plateau which was ideal for us. The mountain village is about a 20/25 minute walk or a short shuttle ride away. We were very pleased with this location; (3) Amenities - The amenities are very good. We enjoyed the fireplace which was easy to use. Although there is no hot tub, the master bath does have a whirlpool tub which is great for soaking sore muscles after a day on the slopes; (4) Parking - Parking was adequate. There are passes for two cars; (5) Owner Responsiveness - The owner had a nice booklet for us with all instructions and was responsive to questions we had about grocery stores and restaurants. We would highly recommend this condo.

Perfect location to enjoy Mont Tremblant

We enjoyed this condo very much. It's location is ideal to enjoy all Mont Tremblant has to offer and the accommodation was all it advertised to be. There nothing like heated floors after a day on the slopes! The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. We will definitely be back at Robert's condo.
