Environment decorated, very comfortable in front of Cabo Branco waterfront with a beautiful view. It sleeps up to 6 people and has a privileged location, right on the seafront. Bed linen is provided. Excelente localização, as fotos representam bem o apartamento, Andreia é bastante educada, solicita e nos deixa a vontade. O prédio é excelente e os porteiros muito educados. João Pessoa é linda, muito arborizada, limpa, a praia em frente ao prédio é limpa, um ponto bastante positivo, afinal estamos falando de uma capital. Bastante comércio e restaurantes próximos ao apto. Estivemos em 5 pessoas, 4 adultos e uma criança, o apartamento nos acomodou bem e ainda sobrou espaço. Recomendo os passeios ao restaurante Cuzcuz, Praia de Tambaú( aqui fizemos o passeio na piscina de picãozinho), Mirante do Seixas, (onde tem o farol), Praia de Coqueirinho, Praia Bela, Parque da Lagoa, região central da Cidade, e, Ilha de Itamaracá - PE. Fomos nestes passeios com carro próprio e adoramos. Adorei a estadia e espero voltar em breve.

Lugar muito bom pra quem busca tranquilidade,boa piscina,quartos limpos e organizados,Andreia muito atenciosa nos orientou em tudo,unica coisa que não gostei que quando chove os corredores caem água ao lado dos elevadores que me causou um tombo com meu filho no colo,precisa mudar o sistema de abertura em frente ao elevador....a água de chuva não pode cair pro lado de dentro .....mas voltaria outras vezes no Apartamento.......

Localização excelente, apartamento aconchegante.

O apartamento é lindo, bem organizado, os utensílios de cozinha são suficientes para respaldar os dias de temporada, a mesma dispõe de fogão, cafeteria, liquidificador, sanduicheira, microondas, geladeira... Utensílios em plastico... A piscina é enorme e bem cuidada. A localização é excelente e a proprietária é super atenciosa. Aos que desejam passar uma temporada em João Pessoa-PB com estadia confortável e agradável, este é o lugar.

Ficamos muito bem hospedados no imóvel da Andréia, o apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, bem equipado e muito confortável, o condomínio é lindo, muito seguro e tem uma picina maravilhosa com vista pro mar, gostamos também da localização pois tivemos muitas opções de gastronomia, comida excelente nos restaurantes que ficam na orla junto ao condomínio. Antes de fecharmos contrato conversamos bastante com a Andréia para tirarmos nossas dúvidas e ela sempre paciente e cordial. Recomendo sem sombra de dúvidas. Tudo correu perfeitamente.

Excelente condomínio!

Eu e minha família ficamos hospedados do dia 10 Jan 16 até o dia 16 jan 16. A Andréia nos atendeu muito bem e o apartamento estava conforme o anunciado. O condomínio é muito confortável e gostamos muito do período hospedado.
