Let me start by saying Ramon was a great communicator. The house was filthy and needs a good deep cleaning. Both bathrooms were dirty. There was hair in the tubs and around the toilet. The edge of the tub was full of dirt. The pillow cases on the bunk bed were stained. The master bed the comforter had drool all over it the sheets were dirty and full of hair. We got in late and I messaged Ramon he offered to bring new sheets the next morning. The towels were not in the bathroom we found them in the dryer. The top lock on the door doesn’t work ( the neighborhood felt safe). I can’t say anything about the kitchen I opted not to cook as I didn’t want to spend hours cleaning the kitchen before use. I’m not happy that I had to spend the first hour after a 10 hour drive cleaning the bathroom's and bedrooms I should’ve charged a cleaning fee! The location is great literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. We didn’t use the pool it was packed. If you are planning a trip in the summer beware that the AC unit shouldn’t. E set under 72. I really hope the owner cleans this house because it has so much potential.

Beach Condo Breezy Vacay

Great location, walking distance to beach. Great pool and grill areas on the property. Great place to relax with the family and make great memories. Enjoyed daily runs to the beach as a bonus!

First off l want to thank for allowing us to put our bags in our room before check in. The only issues that we had is that our room wasn’t ready until 6:30. And the mosquitoes were really bad. However we will be in touch next summer. Thanks

Hurricane disrupted plans

Never got to stay so can’t speak about the property. The city implemented an evacuation of all tourist and visitors due to the hurricane a day before we were supposed to arrive. Owner was very nice, maintained great communication and gave us a refund. They also offered a discount if we ever decide to return.

Family beach trip

Nice stay! Enough room for everyone, not really close enough the beach for us to walk, but a very short drive. Good communication with the host when we had an issue with the pool key.

Wonderful Experience!

We have stayed at the Beach Front Condos for the past three years, but decided it was time for a different unit after our last visit. Let me tell you, we are so happy we made the switch! This unit was extremely clean and we loved the convenience of it being on the fist floor. The bed was also very comfy and we appreciated the little touches of the property owners having shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc already in the shower ready to go. It's the small touches that make such a huge difference after a day of fun with tired kiddos. We definitely hope to return again next year!

This has been the 1st summer vacation we have taken with 3 of our grandsons since our son (their father died). They we’re excited to make it back to North Padre Island again. It was like tragedy never happened. Great Memories were made

Just ok

So this property does have plenty of room and it is close to the beach and for the most part it is a good unit. They had plenty of towels and the washer and dry is nice. The cons were the front combo door lock was lose and felt like it was going to break off. One of the indoor dead block locks does not work the couch bed had stains all over it. The dishwasher was full of dishes and I had to unload , also no coffee. It’s a small thing but I rent many places and this is always a nice thing to have. also this is out of the control of the owner but the upstairs guests in the other unit can be heard very well. When they walk around it is very loud and they must have been newly weds. The bed upstairs was creaking all night. For what I paid I would stay at Port A next time. Just an honest review.

Cute beachy place but....

Very cute place but unfortunately we had ants everywhere. Owner was very responsive and had the unit treated twice while we were there. Unfortunately the ants were so bad it really affected our enjoyment as we were constantly cleaning and had to throw out quite a bit of food. As our time at the unit progressed through the weekend we found more and more items that were just not very clean. We communicated our concerns to the owner and she apologized. I do think the place is tastefully decorated and the space is very nice with a great layout. Hopefully the owner can get the ants and cleaning shortcomings resolved, then it would have been a 5 star review. I do appreciate the quick response the owner provided us each time we emailed.

awesome place!

Loved it! Central Location was very handy to the islands and port aransas! Plenty of towels and kitchen well stocked,even a blender for smoothies. only inconvenience was the kitchen sink drain was extremely slow. and there was a loud laughing disturbing party that went on for hours in the night but that wasnt the condo's fault i guess!
