The south hill is the oldest planned residential neighborhood in Spokane where you'll find master planned parks & beautiful turn of the century grand homes. Come experience this yourself because this neighborhood is something special
What makes this property unique
Besides being 10 minutes from the airport, 6 minutes from downtown, and placed right on the very popular hillside walking/biking trails. The home is 1 of 4 on the bluff. It only takes one night to understand why people call it Sunset Ridge
