About this property
Unplug in the mountains. Best place in Fairplay!
Live large and enjoy this new, modern home on four acres with expansive, panoramic views! Huge deck with views in all directions.
The property is about 20 minutes out of the town of Fairplay in a community knows as Redhill Forest.
Breckenridge is about a 40 minute drive just over Hoosier Pass, with world class skiing and restaurants. Buena Vista is a little over an hour where you’ll find fabulous rafting in summertime, shopping and more wonderful restaurants.
The house has two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, island in kitchen, huge finished basement, a loft and four acres to explore and enjoy.
Large Gas stove in living room operated with a remote, propane heater on deck (fire pit coming in April). House has forced heat throughout. Both bathrooms have heated floors.
Wonderful star gazing opportunities at night! We have a telescope with which to view the planets. :)
We are telling the truth when we say, there is a view from every room!
This property is the perfect place if you are looking to relax in peace and quiet with beauty all around and within driving distance to other towns to enjoy eating, rafting, skiing, shopping, sightseeing.

Why they chose this property
I choose Redhill Forest because of the beauty, elevation and views. Peaceful and quiet and I like the roads. Redhill Forest has the best roads of any neighborhood in Park County. :)
What makes this property unique
The views and the style of the home. We built a large deck so the we can all enjoy being outside and amongst nature. The property is on four acres which is enough room to get out and hike if you like.
It’s one of the best pieces of property in the neighborhood.
The property is very magnificent regarding views of wide open spaces and it’s great for hiking too.
Then you have the new modern house with tons of windows.
It’s just an overall relaxing, peaceful property! :)
