Enjoy a resort-style ambiance with our brand new pool and spa, enhanced with bubblers and deck jet shooters, loungers and umbrellas, plus the ultimate sunset and lake views right from your private backyard. Our remarkable covered outdoor kitchen is equipped with a top-of-the-line BBQ, an EVO flat grill, built-in ice chest, bar seating for 4, all illuminated by beautiful led lighting features. Transform the outdoor kitchen space with our signature louvered roof and turn on the heater during those colder nights.


Stay cool and refreshed with our commercial-grade patio misters plus fogger misters surrounding the three-hole putting green. Our fire pit is perfectly situated to take in those Havasu sunsets & offers plenty of seating—perfect for roasting s'mores and late-night chats. The backyard boasts color-changing LED landscape lighting for a magical night-time atmosphere. The covered patio features a large table for 6, ideal for outdoor meals and gatherings. Havasu Azul's backyard oasis is thoughtfully designed for your relaxation and enjoyment, promising a refreshing stay and amazing memories.


POOL/SPA HEAT
Please note the following information for pool/spa heating:
Advance Notice: To ensure the pool is perfectly warm upon your arrival, please request heating at least 3 days in advance.
Initial Heating Cost: Getting the pool to your desired temperature requires a $395 fee.
Daily Maintenance Fee: Maintaining the perfect temperature comes with a daily cost of $95.
Spa Heat: The spa can be heated for $35 per night for 4 hours. Please let me know if you would like to use it and I can turn it on remotely for you!
Payment: These charges are to be paid upfront. Please let us know how many days you'd like the pool or spa heated during your stay.

For the nostalgic, we also offer arcade games that transport you back to those youthful days. Samsung OLED TV with XBOX Series X game console. The recessed color-changing LED lights create the ultimate game room vibe; whether you want to set it to party mode or just one color, these lights let you customize your vibe. Our on-site Hoshizaki 1,300 pounds per day commercial ice maker is perfect for filling up your ice chests for a day on the lake or hitting the trails. The game room is complete with a True 2-door two-section, (8) shelves commercial refrigerator for extra storage, and I bet you haven't seen a sno cone machine in a rental before... well, you'll find one HERE at Havasu Azul. Whether you're looking for competitive gaming, a chill spot to watch some TV, or a refreshing treat, our game room at Havasu Azul has it all.


KITCHEN
The kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting plenty of counter space, an oversized island with bar seating for four, and fully stocked with modern appliances: an electric stove, electric cooktop, full-size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, k-cup and drip coffee maker and hot water kettle.


DINING
There is plenty of dining space at Havasu Azul. The indoor dining room features a large table with seating for 6 people, plus our indoor kitchen island with seating for 4. As well as our outdoor table with seating for 6, plus the outdoor kitchen bar that seats 4.


LIVING
The living room, a blend of comfort and style, features a warming, color-changing gas fireplace and offers direct access to the outdoor patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. Additionally, there is a queen pull out couch offering sleeping room for two more guests.

Bedroom 1 – Primary Bedroom: King bed, primary bath with dual vanity, soaking tub and massive shower. Walk-in closet with tons of storage. (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 – Front Guest Bedroom: Two full beds with private en-suite bath. (Sleeps 4)
Bedroom 3 – Second Guest Bedroom: Triple bunks with 4 twin beds and 2 full beds. Next to the hall bathroom with shower/tub combo and single vanity. *PlayStation gaming console in this bunk room* (Sleeps 8)

Occupancy Limit:
The maximum occupancy for this property is guests. This includes both daytime and overnight guests. Parties, events, or gatherings exceeding the occupancy limit are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to host a party, invite excessive guests, or violate the occupancy limit may result in the immediate termination of your stay without a refund, and you may be charged additional fees. We kindly ask that you respect this rule to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone and maintain harmony with our neighbors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation

No Smoking – Inside or Outside:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking outside must be done in designated areas, and cigarette butts must be properly disposed of. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected on the property.


Noise Monitoring:
To ensure the comfort and peace of all guests and neighbors, noise levels are monitored through a system installed on the property. Any excessive noise will be reported to us and may result in immediate action. Quiet Hours: By order of the City of Lake Havasu, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During these hours, please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially in outdoor spaces, to respect our neighbors and comply with city regulations. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in city fines or other consequences. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Pool & Spa Use:
The pool and spa are key features of this property, designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Please use them responsibly:


No glass containers near the pool or spa area. Only unbreakable, pool-safe items are permitted.
If you have been in the lake, please shower before entering the pool. The lake can introduce bacteria that is difficult to eradicate from the pool.
Children must be supervised at all times while in the pool area.
Equipment and Maintenance:
After enjoying the pool or spa, please ensure that all equipment is turned off and all personal items are cleaned up.


Any damage or misuse of the pool, spa, or related equipment will result in charges for repairs or replacement.
