At first, it seemed okay, but then there were bugs in the bathroom sink and a large bug in the kitchen. The furniture in the living space is very tiny. Not as expected.

ABSOLUTE FILTH

This property was filthy. The description and pictures are so misleading. The couch was nasty dirty, there were HAIRS all over the floors, bathrooms, towels, under the covers etc... MY SON was laying in the bunk bed with tons of small type of leg hair etc. I was in the bathtub when I realized how nasty the place was and we started checking the beds and you guys, THE HAIRS. There was a spider hanging out on one of the tup bunks. They only had 6 towels for the whole stay. There are no tv's in the rooms, The cute little rug you see was falling apart. The couch you see is covered in dirt, grime, filth and stains. WE LEFT that evening and paid for a hotel room and after sending tons of photos they still will NOT refund me as the place was not stayable. It was dirty and the photos are very misleading!!!!!

BEWARE - Description Is VERY Misleading

This stay was BAD. When I arrived the second bedroom was locked and I had to use a butter knife to get the door open. I immediately noticed that it was missing a kitchen stool (only had one?), two of the beds in the second bedroom didnt even have full bedding, the rug was ripped and FILTHY, and there were almost no essentials in the unit. No hand towels, no kitchen towels, 1 roll of toilet paper. I reached out immediately to the host after getting a notification on the front door lock that the batteries were low and clearly dying (which was concerning bc I didnt want to get locked out if they died) I got a 'response' from the host they received my message but zero action was actually taken to fix it. Additionally, the unit didn't have HOT WATER. I ended up leaving 2 days early due to a lack of any action on the part of the host. They have yet to address my request for a refund for the two days I didnt spend there. Overall, TERRIBLE experience and would not recommend. The fact that this apartment is listed as a 'luxury stay' is about as fraudulent and deceptive as it gets.
