My place is located 1 block of NE 79th St & NE 2nd Ave which will take you directly to Miami Beach either in your private automobile or in a Miami Dade Bus. Also we are a few blocks away from I-95 Expressway & 2blocks from major MEMO Biscayne Blvd. Also within 2 houses from the new Upcoming Design District center.
What makes this property unique
The property is very well located, close to all activities location. We have beaches to the left from 5-6mn to N Beach & from 15-20mn to S Beach. Golf course, Chef Restaurants on MIMO district within 2mn away, & more attractions. Also there are Miami district transportations within 1-2mn away.
