Each bedroom features a memory foam queen-size mattress, a closet, and unique artwork, ensuring a restful stay.

The cozy living room features a large sectional and 65" Samsung Smart TV for your entertainment. For those who love to cook, the full kitchen features GE stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals with ease. There are three areas to enjoy a meal or a cup of coffee, a dining table with 4 chairs, the quartz countertop peninsula with 3 bar stools and a kitchen bar height table with 2 bar stools.

Guest Access:
Keypad entry locks to enter the living space, along with 3, free off-street parking stalls.

The Neighborhood:
Walk out the front door and a few blocks to the west, you will run right into the lake! An abundance of activities and restaurants in the neighborhood, be sure to check out the virtual guestbook when you arrive!

Getting Around:
Neighborhood has abundance of street parking, but we also offer 3 free, off-street parking stalls.

Other Things to Note:
We ask that you please be respectful of our property, as we have worked very hard to create a unique and fun experience for you as our guests!

No parties or large gatherings. Only those included on the reservation are allowed in the space. Quiet hours 10PM to 8AM. A noise detector is installed in the living room to alert us if a party is taking place. I will give 1 warning, but will ask you to leave and not refund your stay if it happens a 2nd time.

Smoking/vaping is PROHIBITED inside. If you do smoke outside, please clean up all remnants.

Absolutely NO pets allowed.

You will be held responsible for any damage incurred to the house during your stay. If something is broken or damaged, please reach out to us to let us know ASAP - it will help us address any issues quickly for you and for our future guests.

Toilets are for toilet paper ONLY.

No grease in the sink.

Friendly reminder - please be respectful of the tenants on the second floor

Off-street parking:
Parking allowed at the end of dead-end alleyway, do not block the black garage door.

Please remember that this property is our house and not a hotel. We have poured our heart and soul into this house. Please be respectful of the property and the neighborhood. The cleaning service is hired to only wash linens, clean bathrooms and surfaces. They DO NOT clean up unnecessary trash or mess left behind. If there is any damage or excessive mess incurred during your stay, your group will be held responsible.
