Loved it!

This was our first time in St. Thomas, and we can’t wait to go back! We loved our stay at the Marriott. It was very nice and close to town for shopping, restaurants, etc. We happened to get one of the best rooms they have, and were told many times how lucky we were. It was amazing, and I would definitely book again! We had 2 couples, but it is a very family friendly resort, and I would feel completely comfortable bringing my kids back. Overall a wonderful vacation!!

Amazing Villa

We had an amazing time and this incredible property. Our group of 6 (4 adults, 2 teens) had plenty of room in the 2 bedroom villa. The pool and beach were great. Restaurants, public beaches and shopping were all just a short car ride away. There are lots of fun activities on this beautiful island. We can’t wait to go back!

Family Spring Break

All the staff at Frenchman's Cove were very kind and welcoming. Room was very clean, towels were provided, and loved having the washer and dryer. The room was the perfect size for our family of 5. Kids loved the pool, water slide, and beach. We ordered groceries ahead of time from Mo's Market which saved us a ton of time and was nice to have in room once we arrived.

Great property

My friend and I stayed 4 nights at this great property. It is centrally located, clean and the staff are fantastic. A good pool and beach area. Even with tightly enforced Covid restrictions, a good time was had by all! I would go back there in a heartbeat

Excellent vacation location

We loved the complex. The staff all made sure COVID rules were followed which made us feel more comfortable. The food was excellent. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Kids loved it and our booking rep was an excellent communicator. Definitely will be back.

Great start to 2020 in Frenchman's Cove

My family and I enjoyed our visit to St Thomas and the condo was lovely. Fabulous views, spacious, nice pool and beach. We'd recommend it to others visiting the island!

Exceeded Expectations for an Unforgettable Vacation

First off, Donald was extremely professional and pleasure by answering all questions before booking the unit. Always keeping in contact and even re-emailed our confirmation info a few days prior to arrival, to help ensure we would have a smooth check-in process (which we did! ) Great layout and amazing picture-postcard views from every window of each room! Excellent on-site facilities and they also make it very convenient to visit the other Marriott properties on Morningstar Beach by walking or free shuttle service until almost midnight. Already planning on staying here again very soon and would definitely recommend this property (and also Donald! ) to other friends and family that need any travel suggestions. A+++

Excellent Accomodation; Awesome View!

We went to St. Thomas USVI for the first time this past week with our family of 4. The Marriott Frenchman's cover was absolutely perfect for our family. The rooms were excellent, location was great, and the views were breath-taking. My only complaint was the pricing for food at the restaurant was very high for bar-quality food. But, the staff in it's entirety was very good as well. I would recommend this location for sure.

Great property and experience with Donald at Travelscowt.com

We stayed in the top unit over looking the bay and our room was freshly painted and very clean. The property is well maintained and you have access to Frenchman's Reef and Morning Star facilities which are as good as anything on the island. Thanks to Donald and we look forward to traveling with him again in the future.

Beautiful Property

Sorry this is late. We had an amazing time in St. Thomas. The beaches were wonderful. You should defiantly get a car. We went to Cokki Beach twice (try their Jerk Chicken and their rum drinks were fantastic) and Megan's Bay. Took the car ferry to St. John, little harrowing getting on but well worth it (Trunk Bay simply breathtaking) The property was beautiful and clean. The 2 bedroom unit was well equip and the decor was lovely. We had plenty of room. There were 2 balcony's. Bathrooms very roomie. The views were spectacular, especially when the cruise ships left. Definitely hit the happy hour 2 for 1. Great value. You can walk to the other property and there pool was very nice, less kids. In town Rum island Pub had wonderful rum drinks and casual food. Blue Havana was expensive but the food was very good. Groceries were hit or miss, we made breakfast and sandwiches in our unit. Get staples before you get to the property. It is expensive there for anything. Lovely time was had by all. Would definitely use this TravelScowt again. They made the booking very easy.

Wonderful Family vacation in St.Thomas!!

We stayed at Frenchman's Cove for Fourth of July week. It was a beautiful complex and 2 bedroom suite. Donald Archer was very easy to deal with and made the process go very smoothly. Would definately recommend working with him.

Great!

No difficulties whatsoever! We've used TravelScowt on 3 separate occasions, and each time our transaction was flawless! As for the property, we love it. Have visited yearly for the past 3 consecutive summers. My tips: Rent a car and learn to drive on the left (using taxis would get annoying), avoid / minimize driving after dark. Request a room in the Tortola building. Visit the Pie Whole, Green-go's, Shipwreck and (of course) Iggy's. Take the ferry to St John and rent a car/jeep there (call before - first 3 places we attempted to rent from bad none available) rather than bringing one across on the car ferry - major annoyance.

Wonderful family vacation - perfect accommodations for a perfect trip!

We visited St. Thomas for a wedding recently. The hosts had reserved a block of rooms at The Marriott hotel (Frenchman's Reef); however, we like a little more space so I searched on VRBO and was lucky enough to find a rental at Frenchman's Cove. Donald Archer, with TravelScowt, represented the owner and was absolutely awesome to work with. Having never rented through VRBO before, I was a little nervous. Donald put my concerns at ease - he was professional, prompt, thorough and overall helpful sharing his own experiences at the property and St. Thomas. I will definitely work with him again for future vacations! Back to Marriott Frenchman's Cove... We stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit in the Virgin Gorda Building. We were on the fourth floor, which offered great views and a convenient location for us - close to the pool/beach as well as close access to the walking path to the Marriott Hotel where many "meet ups" were taking place for the wedding. The unit was spotless and the kitchen well-eqipped. The beds were very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep after full days in the sun. We had rented a car and there was plenty of parking - but the best part was that there was plenty of COVERED parking, so our car wasn't a thousand degrees when we went to use it. Since we did have a car, we ventured off of the property a lot (day-trip to St. John's, scuba diving at Coki Beach a few days, day trip to Jost van Dyck island). However, we spent time at the Cove's beach, which was clean and a good place to snorkel, and the pool. The pool was great (our 11 YO son really enjoyed the slide) but you do have people who take chairs for the day and then leave - but we've learned that happens everywhere. The staff at Frenchman's Cove was wonderful. The ladies who checked us in were delightful (I'm bummed not to have remembered their names!). We dined at Frenchman's Cove and Frenchman's Reef restaurants (you have access to all of the facilities throughout the Marriott "compound") and the servers were great. Even the staff working at the Marketplace near the Cove's pool were a pleasure to chat with and very attentive. On Monday evening, the Cove hosts local vendors who set up pool-side. Many of the vendors in front of the teen center/kid's club sell items shipped onto the island. Be sure to venture to the side of the kid center where vendors who make their own wares are set up (they also have free rum punch back there). We can't wait to go back!!!

Couldn't have been more pleased

Our family of four (13 and 17 y.o. daughters) LOVED this property. I will list, to save characters, as I could go on and on. Spacious and immaculate unit (Tortola Bldg, BEST), two balconies, amazing snorkeling right off beach, cute iguanas, great happy hour, super easy check-in, staff so friendly, super snorkel equipment rental at on-site market ($45 for the entire week for a set!), awesome sunset views, Karaoke SUPER fun, quiet cove with more surf available on Morning Star beach around the corner, super easy access to excursions on site (The Cat, omg, don't miss it), close enough to Charlotte Amalie, great TV channel selection, float-in movie one night, plenty of towels in unit (for pool/beach and in-unit use). There's just too many things to list! Don was so helpful in the booking process, answered questions before I could ask them and had plenty of info that I didn't even know I needed. We had one of the best vacations we've ever had, and on St. Thomas, if you don't too, then you'd have to be trying to have a bad time. Venture out, though, because there are so many great, fun places to see. Again, have to list because there are so many. Latitude 18 (amazing food, great live music), St. John (did not like car barge, would take foot ferry and rent car there next time), EcoTour Kayaks (on the way to Red Hook, kids LOVED IT, so did we), Magen's Bay (you can rent everything there, super cheap, great food available also. This is the kind of beach that you don't think really exists, it's jaw dropping), Cinnamon Bay (St. John, cool snorkeling), Woody's (St. John, great food, hole in the wall, perfect), night time kayak tour (cool, but we'd been snorkeling so much, we'd kind of seen that already. PERFECT for little ones!), The Cat (don't miss it, huge catamaran to Buck Island, snorkeling with turtles and nice reef there, awesome crew). And did I mention the rum? ;) Frenchman's Reef and Morning Star are nice, big beach, great beach restaurant/bar, but it's not as quiet and we like the chill of the Cove, not all the busy atmosphere. But it's there if you want it. The units at Frenchman's Cove aren't cheap, but if you can afford a stay here, don't miss it. It's worth every penny, and eating in the condo saved us on average $250 a day easy. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice to stay here. Enjoy!!!

Marriott Vacation Club Frenchman's Cove

We each loved our vacation on St. Thomas - my 8 year old loved the kids he could play with, the water slide & pool, the karaoke with smiling helpful DJ, Kids Night Out, oh and the beaches/waves too. My husband loved the 2 for 1 rum drinks every evening, Blue Havana vanilla bean Caribbean lobster, and revisiting old Coast Guard restaurant touchpoints (conch stew at the Greenhouse). I loved learning to snorkel, ferrying to St. John for checking out island and awesome Cinnamon Bay beach there, and the optional social, educational & town-vendor onsite activities. All unforgettable - we want to come back soon & are recommending to all!

St. Thomas paradise

Just came back from a week at Frenchmen's Cove. Rented a 2 bedroom Villa and brought our baby, and my parents. Property was clean, had the needed amenities and we all enjoyed ourselves. Reserving was easy and no stress. Donald was responsive and knowledgeable. We actually bought into the Marriott Vacation Club while we were there.

Like a dream!

Just returned from celebrating my 10 year anniversary. My wife and kids as well as some friends stayed at Frenchman's Cove. The accommodations were spacious, beautiful, and conveniently located. The booking process was fast and simple. The staff at the entire resort was always pleasant and friendly. If you have the chance, go! And stay at the Cove!

Best vacation ever

I booked this rental for my parents over the week of Christmas. They decided 2 weeks before Christmas that they wanted to go to St Thomas. Donald was AMAZING!! Ever email I sent to him,which was many, he responded right away with an answer. When my parents arrived they said it was more than they could have ever asked for. They said the condo, property, and service was top notch. They had such a great time and said they couldn't have picked a better place to stay

It is a beautiful property. The snorkeing is so amazing at the property's beach, you don't need fo go anywhere else. The perks are: free shuttle to beautiful nearby Morning Star beach and the Marriott hotel next door with amazing views and wonderful infinity pools. Donald is so helpful & professional! Outstanding!!

We stayed a week at Frenchman's Cove, and could not have been happier with the condo at Frenchman's Cove. The condo was located in the Tortola building, was certainly large enough for our family of four. It was well-appointed, and the pictures are an excellent representation of the property. From Frenchman's Cove, there is no shortage of beautiful vistas. Just off our balcony, across the bay, we had an excellent view of Hassell and Water islands. The resort beach and pool were just steps away. We are planning on returning to the USVI and will stay at Frenchman's Cove again. I don't think the experience could be improved upon.
