Renters beware!
If you like frat house living this is the place for you! This property is nothing like the pictures show. We were hours away from our checkin and still had heard nothing from the host and had to reach out to receive our checkin information. When we arrived we were greeted with a horrific odor that was trying to be covered with an insane amount of fragrance oils. The house was filthy with numerous health and safety concerns. This was a cheap flip done horribly wrong. Floors with uneven broken tiles, a loose and broken front step that moved whenever you put weight on it, holes in the walls, mold covered by paint in the bathroom, and every surface was either filthy dirty or sticky. It was also insanely hot inside the house and while we could temporarily control the thermostat by turning the temp up or down, the host refused to give us full access to turn the heat off. There were several undisclosed cameras throughout the property as well. This place was so disgusting and after two nights of sleeping there my entire family including my two young children started having respiratory issues. For the health and safety of our family we were forced to leave and find other accommodations.
