Bedrooms include new mattresses, high Thread Count Bedding, Down-Alternative Comforters, fluffy pillows and extra blankets. The bathrooms have towels, wash cloths plus toiletries to get you started including toilet paper, facial tissue, bar and hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

Kristy and Mike have been providing property management services for luxury properties for the past 30 years. We fell in love with the Fruita area because of it's year round sunshine and abundance of outdoor activities. Our goal is to make your stay with us 5 stars!
Why they chose this property
We like the location because of the location to downtown - Just 3 blocks from coffee, dining and pubs. The huge backyard very nice with green grass and fully fenced. The kitchen flows and is wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. The outdoor patio is also super convenient!

Be one of the first to enjoy a stay in this pet-friendly escape with space for the entire family! This wonderful home is just minutes from Downtown Grand Junction including theaters, museums, botanical gardens, parks, and Colorado Mesa University.
