This rustic farmhouse-style home is on a peaceful country lane just five miles from the Lake Chatuge boat ramp – and 10 minutes from town. And the cottage is surrounded by mountains on all sides.

The roads around the home are perfect for long, leisurely walks and there are ponds and streams nearby. While in a quiet neighborhood, the cottage is just a quick drive to the charming town of Hiawassee where you’ll find plenty of cute shops and restaurants. The area boasts plenty of hiking trails and the famous German town of Helen is just 30 minutes away.

The cottage is equipped with Internet plus a desk area with printer/scanner. The porch is enclosed for children and pets (but it is not screened in).
