This property offered more than we could have hoped for. It is very spacious, beautifully decorated/furnished, and the views are spectacular. The owners have provided everything you could possibly need for your stay.
The wrap-around balconies offer views east, west, and north. The vacant beach lot next door allows for unobstructed views to the north, which really is a bonus in Daytona. You can enjoy these views from every room in the property as well.
The kitchen is gorgeous, and stocked with any appliance you’ll need (drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, etc). The owners also provide plenty of linens, beach towels, tissues, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, detergents, sponges, brushes, spices, utensils, and even Q-Tips! These niceties allow you to concentrate on your vacation, instead of shopping for necessities.
The layout is perfect for 2 people, or more. The beachfront master bedroom has dual, spacious walk-in closets, a large bathroom with jetted tub, and walk in shower (with bench), and dual sinks. The guest bedrooms are spacious as well, each with private bath. All beds are King size. One of the guest bathroom showers has a large picture window offering the same views described above. Once you’ve tried it, you’ll never want to shower without a window again. TRULY SPECTACULAR!
The spaciousness of the property separates the guest bedrooms quite a distance from the living area. We didn’t use them, but they seem so quiet, and private.
The living area is so large that you feel as though you’re in a house, 8 floors up. The family room has an L-shaped leather reclining sofa that could probably seat 8 comfortably, and 2 other chairs, including a leather recliner. The views can be enjoyed from all of them.
