Basement Level:
The fully finished basement is an entertainer's dream, complete with a second full kitchen, a game room, and two guest bedrooms. The Secondary Guest Bedroom and 3rd Guest Bedroom both feature king beds and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A second half-bathroom on this level adds extra convenience.

From Blue Ridge heading toward Blairsville on Appalachian Highway 76 (also known as Highway 515): Continue until you reach mile marker 15. Turn left onto Sparks Road. Then turn right onto Squirrel Hunting Road. Follow Squirrel Hunting Road until you reach the entrance to the Big Valley of Blue Ridge subdivision. Turn right into the subdivision, head uphill, and take the first right onto Big Valley Overlook. The home is the first house on the left.
