Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, game room and space for 12 guests, it’s perfect for hanging with friends or family. Located just minutes from downtown, the trendy East Side, and the airport, you’ll be close to all the action. Kick back by the pool, soak up the Texas sun, and enjoy a funky, fun-filled stay in the heart of Austin!
- Dive in and make a splash! Just a heads-up; guests enjoy the pool and amenities at their own risk. Owners and management can’t take responsibility for any accidents, mishaps, or unexpected cannonballs from misuse.
- Our pool’s open year-round, and it’s perfect for a dip when the weather’s warm—Spring, Summer, or Fall! But, fair warning: it's not heated, so don’t expect a steamy hot tub vibe. Splash at your own chill factor!
- We’re nestled in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood here in Austin, so let’s keep things low-key. Big parties and loud gatherings aren’t allowed, but good vibes are always welcome!
- Grill masters, listen up! For safety reasons, we don’t store propane on-site. If you’re feeling the BBQ spirit, just grab your own propane (it’s easy to find nearby) and get grilling!
