Ellicottville Cottage House with 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. This listing is for the cottage house only. There are 2 other listings for the main chalet and both together. Our cottage is perfect for hosting 2 families or 2 couples with each having the privacy of their own bedroom. 25 year old min renter age and 8 guests maximum please. Beds: 2 queens and 4 twins. AWD is strongly recommended in the winter.
Self check-in and check-out. We are available by message, text and phone. We are only 10 minutes away if needed.
Secluded lot only 4 miles from Ellicottville village. There are also 6+ state parks within 10 miles for many outdoor activities.
Guests are the only people on the entire property. If the main chalet is booked the driveway is shared.
The entire place is yours. Our chalet and cottage house is fully equipped with linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, regular coffee maker, ground coffee and Keurig cups. We have a smart TV.
