Find out what unit you will be in

The location is good, close to beach, restaurants, shopping, basically anything you're looking for. Staff was fab. Small pool w gym, nice. Place was filthy. Thankful for balcony with a peek a boo to the beach. Practically lived out there w/ the rusted, broken chairs. Sheets and towels-ugggh. Most soured, stained, old. Kitchen needs serious scrub down. Deep grime. Furniture nasty dirty and uncomfortable. No way that loveseat sleeps 2. Mattress was comfortable enough but those linens w holes, stains? Housekeeping comes to sweep and do dishes with the cold water only so, dishes aren't very clean either. I boiled a lot of water. Could use Windex in there as everything just smeared w wet towels(tables, mirrors etc( Less than 1/2 roll of Toiet Paper for a month stay? No supplies or wine opener either. Omg. I believe the units are individually owned so #502 should be much nicer! Wifi good. No TV connection. Was so looking forward to this place. What a let down for a VRBO property

Férias no Rio de Janeiro

Gostamos muito do espaço. Os funcionários são atenciosos, o apartamento embora não encontramos o secador de cabelo, o ferro não achamos tomada que desse nele, no mais gostamos muito. A localização é excelente, a piscina e a academia, ótimas, a comunicação com a Anfitriã foi boa, enfim, gostamos muito, foi eu e minhas duas netas, recomendo.

Love this building

I love staying in this building whenever I am in Rio. 99% of the staff in the building are very, while a small few are discriminating. The apartment was immaculate and the only thing missing was a clothes iron. The property owners/managers do not respond to messages. Communication was non-existent.

O apartahotel muito bem; o apartamento não cuidado nem mantido pelos proprietários.The “apartahotel

O bairro e a atitude do pessoal da recepção foram ótimos. Esses dois aspetos compensan... Problemas e deficiências Abritel 4349409; Nelia e Domingos de Paola. Depois te ter pagado tentei contactar por email com os proprietários: nunca tive a mínima resposta nem retroalimentação. A indiferença dos proprietários é evidente. Cozinha: torrador de pão inservível; sujeira nas conexões elétricas; torneira e filtro de água que pingam; sem talher de mesa completo (faltavam: faca de mesa e colher de café); sem luz (lâmpada) na geladeira; muito mosquito. Evidentemente a louça é a mais modesta possível (de Casa & Vídeo). Quart: as portas do closet: não correm nem abrem bem. Banheiro: Estão enferrujados e o suporte papel higiênico. Sala tv: estante-vitrine em compensado sem fixar. A ligação tv não é mais na função “AV”, os proprietários não têm trocado as suas instruções. A iluminação general é só de lâmpadas de luz branca, o que é muito hostil para os interiores habitáveis (existem as lâmpadas ecológicas com luz “quente” ou ligeiramente âmbar). Se os proprietários perguntassem algo como “por que o senhor nunca falou conosco?” 1: Porque quando tentei fazer contacto antes da minha chegada nunca prestaram a mínima atenção. 2: Porque si tudo isto os surpreende, isso demostraria a sua indiferença e o seu descuido como proprietários e que ou seu interesse é o dinheiro e não o hóspede. Só o business. The neighbourhood and the Reception staff are excellent, by themselves they compensante… Problems & deficiencies: After having paying by internet, I tried repeatedly to contact the owners. Never got an answer. Kitchen: lack of several basic items; bread toaster broken, leak of water, etc. Room: the closet doors are in bad state. Toilet: the shower sewer & the toilet paper support or bar are rotten. Living room: a placard door is broken; the cable TV instructions are wronged (no more those codes).
