However, the lower patio outside the home is accessible and available for your enjoyment. Rest assured, no construction work is taking place at this time, and the unfinished basement will not impact your experience. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Thank you for your understanding.
Our home does not have a dedicated workspace. However, we have several comfortable areas where you can work, such as:
Dining Table: Our spacious dining table can be used as a temporary workspace, providing ample room for your laptop and other work materials.
Living Room: The living room has a cozy setup with comfortable seating and good lighting, suitable for working on your laptop.
Wi-Fi: We offer high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house to ensure you can stay connected and productive.
Spare Monitor: There is a spare monitor in the primary closet that can be connected to your laptop with an HDMI cable. (HDMI cable provided; laptop not provided)
While we don’t have a specific room dedicated to working, we strive to create a welcoming and comfortable environment where you can get your work done.
Kitchen Use:
You're welcome to use the kitchen during your stay! To keep it clean:
- Clean up spills or messes, especially in the microwave and oven.
- Wipe down countertops, stovetops, and surfaces after cooking.
- Wash and put away any dishes, utensils, or cookware you use.
Thank you for helping us maintain a tidy and welcoming kitchen.
Trash Disposal:
Dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins. Trash pick-up is Thursday. All trash placed in the outdoor trash bin must be in trash bags, regular trash and recycle bags go in the same trash cart.
Parking:
Parking is available anywhere in front of the house or along the circle drive. Please keep a clear path on Thursdays as our trash company will pick up from the house and cannot back out of the driveway. Parking is not allowed off the driveway, no exceptions.
Important Notice regarding our driveway:
Please be aware that our property has a sloped gravel driveway and may not be suitable for low-to-the-ground vehicles. While we have not had any issues with cars navigating the driveway, a 4-wheel drive might be preferred in certain situations, and we recommend using a vehicle with higher ground clearance. Please note due to the slope of the driveway, we occasionally have ruts after heavy rain. We do our best to address this as quickly as possible. If you experience issues leaving the property, we recommend entering the driveway towards the right and exiting on the left.
If you have any concerns about the driveway or any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Please note that our property might not be suitable for all guests. The house features multiple stairs, which may not be ideal for those with mobility issues. At this time, we do not have a handrail to enter the home.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GUESTS WITH SMALL CHILDREN
For families traveling with young children, please note that the bedrooms in our home have direct exit doors leading to the deck. While this feature offers beautiful views and easy access to the outdoors, it may present a safety concern for little ones. Additionally, we do not have a fenced-in yard which might also be a concern for small children.
We want all of our guests to have a safe and enjoyable stay, so we recommend considering this when deciding if our home is the right fit for your family. If you have any questions or need additional details, please don't hesitate to reach out.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to consider these factors when booking your stay.
NO HUNTING POLICY
Please be aware that hunting is strictly prohibited on our property. We ask that all guests respect this rule to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, as well as to preserve the natural environment and wildlife.
HOLIDAY DECOR CHANGES TO INTERIOR
We have a small amount of Fall and Holiday decor put up during the months of October thru December. Please note the interior might look slightly different from the photos during this time.
FALL/WINTER BEDDING
During the Fall and Winter months we change our bedding from light quilts to a warmer duvet with cover. Please note the beds may look slightly different than listing photos during this time.
Please treat our home with respect and care. Report any damages or issues immediately.

I’m from Kansas and absolutely love being a host! Creating a memorable stay for my guests is something I’m passionate about, and I take pride in making sure you have everything you need to enjoy your time at Lake Dreams Hideaway. Whether it’s relaxing by the water or exploring the area, I’m here to help make your getaway as special as possible.
Why they chose this property
We chose this location because we absolutely love Beaver Lake—it’s truly the most beautiful lake in the Midwest, in our opinion! Our property offers stunning views of Beaver Lake and the Beaver Lake Sail Club, all on a private ten-acre retreat. We also love its convenient location, perfectly situated between Bentonville and Eureka Springs, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and exploration.
