Guest access
Our farm is a combination of woods and pastures with barbed wire fencing. We have not cut trails but feel free to walk wherever you feel comfortable. The pond has a creek that runs off of it. Our kids always have a great time exploring this area.

The property has three barns and an old homestead. Please do not explore or go into these structures. Fun fact— some of the wood in the cape was sourced from the old homestead.

Exactly what we needed!

Beautiful property! Quiet and cozy. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and updated. We enjoyed walks through the pastures and caught fish from the pond. It was truly a great stay!

We are local to Richmond and have lived here most of our lives. We have three amazing kids and are an active family that spends most of our time on the road supporting their sports.
We purchased this farm with plans to build our retirement home (and a few animals) once the kids were out of school.

Why they chose this property

It’s so peaceful here and easy to relax. The road is quiet with few neighbors.
One of the most amazing features of the property is stargazing. There is no light pollution so you see every single star in the sky!

What makes this property unique

This home was build in the 50’s and was a working farm for many years. There are two other homesteads that occupied the property up until the cape was finished. One is still partially intact facing the pond. The pond was created in the 70’s and has a natural spring that keeps it full.
offer.
The property has 72 acres: A great blend of open pasture and wooded hills to explore. While we renovated the cape, we brought our children here to camp and involved them in the updates! We took our time, making each feature was unique and repurposing as much as we could. We included some luxury furnishings (check out the lovesac!) to make your stay extra special.
