This home is perfect for larger families wanting to have a place to gather and have fun.

Outside, adults and children alike will enjoy the fenced backyard. Kids can play on the large grass area while the adults kick back and relax on the expanded patio, or soak away tired muscles in the hot tub.

Inside, party away in a large GAME ROOM with foosball table, air hockey, pool table, and even a vending machine (so bring quarters)! Living rooms have lots of seating and features 55" 4K smart TV’s and free Wi-fi for those that need to stay connected.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and sleeps 16 in beds, and more on couches upon approval. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Even basic seasonings and some pantry items are available. All household linens and towels are provided. Basic bathroom supplies: toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Take a day trip to West Yellowstone National Park or Jackson Hole Wyoming but if you’d like to stay local there are plenty of attractions nearby. Enjoy local hot springs, Yellowstone Bear World, or catch a Chukars baseball game at Melaleuca field. You can take a stroll along the Idaho Falls green belt, or meander through the Japanese Gardens. Visit the Idaho Falls Temple Visitors Center or tube the river at Lava Hot Springs. Rent a kayak sunrise/sunset tour (ask for details) or, if its winter, ski at Grand Targhee Resort.

Perfect House for Fun

We had something come up and by chance asked if we could get into the property earlier than our reservation and wanted it to happen that very moment and WOW...they made it happen. They also zipped over the same day and set up Christmas for us! That was above and beyond. The beds were comfy, the place was clean, they had literally everything in the house we needed. Even the little things in the kitchen were there and it was all labeled. We used the hot tub lots and it is amazing. Our dogs loved the big yard. It is close to all the shopping areas and food places. We recommend with fulll ratings. You'll love this place.

The house and everything on it was horrible

We picked the house because it had a hot tub, it was so dirty we could not us it. We had young children, so we had to wash clothes, and the wishing machine did not spin so the clothes were wet. The chairs were all torn and so was the pillows. The lady told us that there was a party there and they ruined the pool table, but we told her we were not going to use them. She should not have rented the house until it was ready. And I want some of my money refunded. the trip was my last trip with my great grandkids because I have heart failure. It was horrible.

Beautiful and clean

Great house in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and fun for the family. We rented this place to visit with family and it was perfect. The kitchen was lacking in stuff to cook with. Otherwise this was amazing.

Idaho Falls Family/Friends Trip

Was an ideal location/space for family and friends to gather, and spend time together. The house was meticulous, well decorated, and had a fully furnished game room to keep the kids entertained.

Family Get-together

We chose this property because we were traveling with our adult children & 4 grandchildren. We wanted to be close to Yellowstone & Grand Tetons, both less than 2 hours away. There were 10 in our party plus a dog. Plenty of room for all of us. The playroom downstairs was the highlight! Not sure who had more fun the grandchildren or the adults. Krista was a great host! We had mentioned that the toaster was broken and she brought a brand new one later that day. The enclosed backyard had plenty of room for the kids & dog to run around and the hot tub was a bonus for the adults. We will definitely stay at this property again!

Fantastic Place!

My family is scattered across the country and we used this place as a central point to meet up. The house was fantastic with plenty of space for us all (9 adults, 2 teenagers, and 3 medium to large size dogs). The owner gave clear instructions and let us know about issues beforehand (the pool table was temporarily out of comission, but a ping pong table was brought in as a replacement). Overall, we had a great time and this place was in a great neighborhood and not too far from the downtown sites. Highly recommend!

Had a blast

The kitchen and living room were nice and open area. More than enough room for our party of 15. The picture showed a pool table which I was excited about, but in reality, a ping pong table took its place. That was the only thing that differed from the photos. The kids loved the Foosball table! The hot tub was also enjoyed thoroughly. A very nice experience and a wonderful way to visit together as a family.

Great home for lots of guests

Loved our stay. The home had everything we needed for our family. The game area kept our kids occupied the whole time, and the backyard was large enough for fun activities for the whole family and then relaxation in the hot tub. Also close to all the good food and sites in idaho falls. Highly recommend going to Heise Hot Springs if you stay here:its only a thirty minute drive from the house 👍

Good neighborhood- Clean home

The home was in a nice neighborhood and the house was clean. We had a problem with the assigned code to the front door and could not get in. The owner was quick to respond and solve the problem. We had plenty of space and the house worked out great for our needs. You would want to bring your own supplies such as toilet paper, laundry pods, dishwashing detergent etc. The items supplied are limited, and there was no extra toilet paper. Over all it was a nice stay and the owner responded quickly.

Wonderful, we’ll laid out home! 5 of us stayed for a bowling tournament, 3 singles and a couple. We each had our own bedroom, with an entire bedroom never used… house had all the essentials, a great stay and experience!! Thank you!

Clean, beautiful, and welcoming. I hosted a women's retreat. This home was comfortable for our group of 15. We loved having access to a hot tub. All around good experience. I would recommend.

Great spot

We came for a high school hockey tournament, and this house was perfect! Basement downstairs had lots of space for the boys and their hockey gear and they played pool and foosball. The three bedrooms upstairs worked great for the adults, with plenty of room for us in the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is reasonably equipped, and the house is very clean. The hot tub was a big hit as well. We will be back for the next hockey tournament. Thanks for having us!

Great place for all of us to gather! We had 8 adults and 8 kids. We had plenty of room for everyone. It was nice to have the basement space for kids to play. Lots of seating in the gathering areas and the activities provided were fun. The kids LOVED the bunk room! Thank you!
