This home is also listed as two separate units: 2 BR/2BA in one listing and 1 BR/1BA attached apartment in another. This is a great way to travel with friends or family so everyone can have private space yet still be close.

REQUIRED: To preserve the condition of our property, a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($85.60) or a refundable Safety Deposit ($1,400) will be required after booking. These options and ID verification will be shared via our Fig & Toast Boarding Pass.

The home has a door dividing the spaces with a double deadbolt lock (similar to an adjoined hotel room). When renting both spaces, you'll be able to open the door and access both units OR lock off one side so everyone can have their privacy if needed.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
