Location/access to the beach terrific. The apartment itself needs updated and a thorough cleaning, specifically ceiling fan in kitchen. Because this unit has a washer/dryer, which was great, it also has a refrigerator that didn’t open completely… Not totally terrible but inconvenient. There was a broken handle in the shower that was remedied rather quickly by the owner, unfortunately we weren’t notified about when someone was coming so we weren’t in the apartment at the time, it was uncomfortable knowing someone was in the apartment when we weren’t. Traffic terrible getting on and off the island. Fortunately apartment within walking distance of downtown.

Lovely beach condo

Nicely furnished and updated property. Beach view from lanai. Sparkling pool. Walkable beach. Friendly neighbors. Owners were very nice. Loved our time there.

Best condo stay ever!

We have spent a great 6 weeks in this very clean and comfortable condo. No problems at all, easy access to pool and beach, fabulous view of Gulf, great parking spot, plenty of kitchen equipment and utensils, lots of linens, washer and dryer to boot. We walked frequently to the pier (1 mile) and enjoyed the many restaurants and bars in the area.
