We are Ellen and Jim, an architect and realtor husband and wife team who are passionate about design, houses and art. Together we have been building and renovating homes for the last 30 years. Jim designed this home to reflect his artful vision of a tropical getaway, where guests can relax in light-filled open spaces. While not large in size, it lives like a more spacious home due to its contemporary and open floor plan. Jim is a professional artist and all the paintings in the home are originals done by him.
Why they chose this property
This home and everything in it is brand new! It is extremely well located and close to everything the Palm Beaches have to offer --beaches, sports, entertainment, sightseeing, shopping & great restaurants. The home evokes an aura of serenity; you breathe a sigh of relief when you open the front door. The amenities are many and the understated luxury is apparent throughout. Much thought has been given to every detail to create a very special oasis for guests.
