Strategically located about 300 feet North of Flagler AVE, in the highly sought after Coronado in New Smyrna Beach. This beach condo was professionally decorated, making it stylish yet very cozy, offering perks you would only find in a high-end hotel. We offer a well equipped kitchen with brand new full size appliances, dining table with seating for 6, spacious counter top with seating for 4, a beautiful living room. This rare ocean beauty features, two en-suite rooms, both of them offering a king size bed, and one also has a daybed with a pull-out bed underneath, the king size beds fitted with Simmons/Serta hospitality mattresses, and premium all white linens. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with 70" Samsung Smart TV's, we also bring the latest in gaming entertainment with a PlayStation 5 connected to the living room tv. We also make it available beach towels.
