Walking distance to college and downtown. Perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. Front porch is nice for reading, morning tea, hanging out or summer dinners outside. Just a few blocks to downtown, West Ellensburg, or Rotary Park! Only 15 minutes to Carey Lake, Irene Rinehart Riverfront Park and Yakima River makes for great daily exercise in nature! Community garden and Wippel Park is only 1 block away! Very spacious!

Our property is spacious with an open floor plan on the main floor. We are very close to downtown Ellensburg, the rodeo and Gorge for your favorite concerts!
