Open floor plan with modern kitchen that includes dishwasher, gas range and microwave. Spacious open living room and dining area. Patio and garden on ground floor and beautiful roof terrace with fabulous vistas of the city.

One block from mercado Sanchez Pasquez and numerous great restaurants within walking distance. Easy bus service and taxis to anywhere in city.

Optional included cleaning and cooking twice weekly.

Retired architect and wife built this house in 2007 and hav remodeled since. We spend six months a year in Oaxaca and six months in Seattle. We love Oaxaca and are always happy to return.

The neighborhood is close to the Sanchez Pasquez Mercado and very close to a range of great restaurants and shops.

What makes this property unique

It is a light filled modern space with multiple courtyards and a fabulous roof terrace. We have collected art and furnishings from around the world.
