Head to the Red Dog Saloon for a fun night out and great tacos or have BBQ and see a concert at the local celebrity venue Pappy + Harriet’s. Both are within walking distance or a one-minute drive. The cozy hot tub invites you to end the night stargazing while soaking in comfort.

Pet fee: We do allow dogs for non refundable fee of $95 per pet. Please kindly message host if you plan to bring dogs.

Outdoor Surveillance: None
Cell phone coverage: NO cellphone coverage
Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: Mostly on paved roads but there will be some dirt roads to get here.

◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.

Reminders:
- Gardener comes by every other Friday between 8-9 AM to maintain the grounds

◦ Authorized early check-in and late check-out are available at $50 per hour

◦ Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee

◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address

◦ RULES:
Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.

◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees

◦ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.

◦ Hot Tub:
Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly hot tub cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding!

◦ Photoshoots & Video:
No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
