A beautiful ranch home with full basement and fenced in backyard. Our place is excellent for accommodating families with kids, as we have 3 sons(17, 15 and a 10 year old). We can leave out toys and a huge backyard of toys to play including a trampoline. Great for couples to enjoy a Colorado vacation, business travelers that need to work downtown Denver, and outdoor enthusiasts with just minutes away from the mountains, Red Rocks, the best mountain biking, hiking trails and downtown Denver.

Convenient location to access downtown Denver, Golden, red rock concerts or the Rockies. Grassy backyard, fantastic patio and BBQ area to entertain, hot tub, in-ground trampoline, 2 bedrooms upstairs plus nursery room off of the master bedroom and 3 bedrooms downstairs in the basement, 50" TV with access to cable, Netflix and nice Bose system.

You will have access to the whole house except for master bedroom closet and the garage. But please enjoy the beautiful backyard! You will love it here.

House is cooled via a swamp cooler. With the dry heat in Colorado, you will enjoy a little moisture in the air.
