This luxurious 7 bedroom and 9 bathroom privately owned villa is a dream home located in Corales the most exclusive residential area within the Punta Cana Resort & Club. In this community are homes owned by no other than Julio Iglesias, Mikhail Baryshnikov and the well-known De La Renta family.

This magnificent oceanfront residence is graced by outstanding views over the Corales Golf Course and the Atlantic Ocean. It simply doesn’t get better than this.
The villa embodies the Caribbean way of life, with many outdoor living spaces and dining areas. The home is furnished in a very contemporary and luxurious style and expense has been spared. There is a sophisticated, but easy to use, music system throughout the home, garden and pool area, with several wall mounted tablets to adjust the music as one prefers.

The villa consists of three independent buildings with a large enclosed courtyard centered in the middle.

The left wing consists of two guest bedrooms and a shared family/TV room. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and closet.

The right wing is the service wing. Here you will find two staff bedrooms, a separate kitchen and living area, and the laundry room.

In the main building you will find a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms on first floor and 2 bedrooms on ground floor, all with their own private bathroom and closets. On first floor is the large grand salon and the main dining area. On ground floor, one will find the family/entertainment room and the main kitchen. The main kitchen is very modern and is fully equipped to the highest standards.

The views from many of the bedrooms and terraces are just breath-taking, overlooking the pristine Corales Golf Course, designed by Tom Fazio, and the turquoise Atlantic Ocean in the back ground. It’s just picture perfect.

My 50th Birthday was absolutely amazing!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here with 7 of my family and friends, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I chose to book, the upfront customer service provided by the Kim, the property manager and Julissa our concierge was outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, addressing all our needs with a smile and making us feel truly welcomed. The real stars of our stay were the incredible staff members. Our butler, Miguel and Carmelo were exceptional, always anticipating our needs and providing top-notch service with warm personalities. Chef Racquel prepared some of the most delicious meals I’ve ever tasted, showcasing a wonderful range of culinary skills that delighted our taste buds every day. Sous chef Angi was equally impressive, assisting Racquel and ensuring that every dish was perfect. Jennifer and team made sure housekeeping was immaculate. The entire team created a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere that made our vacation feel like a dream. Each day was filled with exquisite meals, thoughtful service, and a genuine sense of hospitality that made us feel like royalty. I cannot recommend this property highly enough for anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Punta Cana. This villa is a true gem, and I can't wait to return!

Trip of a lifetime

First, the house is GORGEOUS. We collectively agreed that the pictures do not do it justice. From the courtyard, to the living area, to the bedrooms. Everything was amazing. The food was fantastic and the staff attentive and kind. Julissa was our concierge and she was all we could ask for and more. She made sure all of our needs were met from exiting the airplane at the beginning of our trip to our arrival at the airport. We also loved Kim who stopped by and made sure we had everything we needed, including giving us guidance on the resort and places to go outside of the resort. We are a group of 10 friends and all of us have said we will be coming back in the near future. Thank you Julissa and Kim for such an amazing vacation!

Amazing location, property and staff

We have travelled a lot as a family, and have visited many home rentals and this has to be one of our favorites so far. The house is beautiful, really big, rooms very comfortable with many seating areas. The pool is very big, the gardens are well maintained. The house decor is very tasteful. The staff and manager were amazing. Miguel, Raquel, Carmelo and the others in the crew were very thoughtful and educated. They were amazing with the children, helped us in every way they could. Julissa helped us organizing yoga clases, amazing massages un the villa, art and music classes for the children. It was really amazing. Location is very nice, the golf court is beautiful and the views everywhere are beautiful. Drive to the beaches in a golf cart is really easy once you get orientated, there was a bit too much seaweed in the sea but that is part of nature and did not disrupt our holiday in any way. We were so happy and felt very much at home. We recommend it very much and hope to return soon!

Amazing Week!

We had an amazing week at Paradise at the Point! This was our fourth trip as a group to Punta Cana Resort and this house was the best of the best that we have stayed in. The house itself is a work of art and was more than comfortable for our party of 10 adults in the main house. Even more incredible than the house was the staff! Miguel and his staff attended to our every need and were available day and night to make sure we were pampered! Kim was fabulous to work with, answering every question we had prior to our trip, arranging tee times, and checked on us daily during our trip. We will be back!

Breathtaking, unbelieveable,beyond expectations!!!!!!!!!!

This was the most amazing vacation home we have ever stayed at and I can’t imagine how it could ever be topped. The property is gorgeous, the staff became like family. There wasn’t anything Miguel, wouldn’t do for us. He was a fantastic bartender and catered to our every whim and need. The housekeeping staff were so attentive and did such a great job. And the food was amazing. So fresh and delicious each and every meal. I have never rented a vacation home that exceeded our expecatationa but this one did. If we could have arranged our flights we would have stayed longer. So much room and so many places to have cocktails and conversations. The decor is outstanding. The pool is so big we couldn’t believe it. The golf course views are breathtaking. As I said before, nothing will ever be able to compare to this trip and this property. If you are going to treat yourself to this home go all the way and employ the staff it just makes it a dream. It was our 50th wedding anniversary and we will never forget it and neither will our kids and grandkids.

Slim Aarons elegance and glamour! Beyond Fabulous!

Five stars are simply not enough! We were just there in January with a house party of five couples and felt as if we were operating in a Slim Aarons-glamour-wonderland the entire time. Gorgeously decorated and elegantly appointed villa with unbelievably lovely and attentive staff. Fab pool and verandas. Staying at a Four Seasons after this will be a MAJOR step down. I never wax poetic about my trips, but this villa was sublime!

A spectacular vacation spot

If you are looking for an incredible house in a spectacular setting, this is your house. A large group of couples had the pleasure to stay at Villa Mare Anna for a long weekend and it was perfect from start to finish. The house is beautifully appointed, tastefully decorated, and has so many places to enjoy a meal and/or a cocktail that some of us hardly left the property. It's centrally located in the Tortuga area so the beach, golf, tennis or a bike ride is at your fingertips. The manager, Kim, is a delight- she's responsive and approachable with any questions. And the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our group has promised each other that we will return often as it helped make a most memorable vacation!
