The footage is a unique heritage building that I wanted to restore and bring back to life. It has been an enjoyable project learning about traditional old buildings/ materials and how to manage / nurture them back in to a lovely heritage home . It is a comfort to able to share it with like minded people that understand the value the h history and patina of such old buildings and bringing them back into use again as a home :-)

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the area beaches close by , stack pole,Bosherton Broad haven being our favourites being 3 miles away. The cottage itself is full of character and built into the town wall possibly an old smithy , we loved The bijou perfect size , it’s beautiful picturesque location with views of the lily pond and castle .its convenient ease of within the Town for all its amenities

What makes this property unique

The Cottage is unique in that it is built into The Town wall of Pembroke castle . The wall in the bedroom and attic space is actually the Town wall . The large fireplace (not in use) in the kitchen shows the bedrock that the town wall is built on alit of the house has been repointed in lime and the outer some walls have had a “ harling” cover of lime to help the house breathe which it was meant to have and do from when it was Bult. The Cottage appears to have been an old Smithy / stables with upstairs living stove
