There is a private large back deck off of the kitchen, plenty of parking, and a bathroom with a newly tiled stand up shower and a working antique clawfoot tub.

This is a great walkable location; just a quick, safe 8-10 minutes to the historic downtown. The neighboring streets are also very picturesque. There is a bus shelter out front of the home for public transportation purposes. There is private parking in a lot one house over.

The living room features a non-working fireplace but adds a beautiful architectural detail to the space. The 50" Smart TV can be hooked up to all of your favorite apps. There are 2 sets of working pocket doors- one accesses the living room from the entryway and the other separates the living from one of the bedrooms. This is great because it provides some variability of how the space is used. Create a studio apartment feel by keeping the doors open to the King bedroom or close them off. Either way, you will feel like you have ample living and personal space due to the spacious rooms and tall ceilings throughout.

The bedroom attached to the living room via pocket doors has a cane King bed with a memory foam mattress. The other bedroom is across the hallway and has a King yellow velvet bed with memory foam mattress. Curtains have been added to both bedrooms to block light for those who prefer a blackout sleep option.

The dining area is right next to the kitchen and also has a laundry space off of it. The kitchen has 2 barstools at the island and comes fully stocked for cooking a standard meal.

The bathroom has a brand new tiled stand up shower and working antique clawfoot tub. There is a large back deck with some dining furniture off of the kitchen.

The apartment features private entrance and private parking. All utilities are included and the trash service is handled so no need to pull cans to the curb!

There is another apartment above that is also a monthly furnished rental but has a private entrance and there are no shared spaces.
